You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. //   Find our applications at www.midwestanimalrescue.orgAdoption Fee $400 plus taxHenlo hoomans! I am Austin! I am a good beagle but I still have a few issues I’m working through with my foster pawpa and his fur fren. I came from da streets and so am still a timid boy and am slow to trust, but I want to it just takes time. I woof being outside and running around wif my fluffy fren and getting da zoomies out, but getting back in da house can sometimes be tricky as da outside is awesome! I woof all da treatos, but I especially woof da cheesy curds from Culver’s. I enjoy walkies, but I like to have the time to get the sniffs in so they sometimes take a while.    Some of my issues, besides being timid, are I can be a little vocal, but no more than you’d expect from a regal beagle like myself and I am having some issue with understanding that potty is to be always done outside, but da foster hooman and I are working on this. I’m also a bit of a chewer, so make sure I have chews to help wif my nervous chewing so I don’t go after your socks, or toys, or cables, or anything else I can get my teefs on I’m not supposed to have.     Won’t you give me a good, trusting home so I can show da world what an awesome boy I can be?Austin will require another confidant dog in his adoptive home If you have previously applied with us please email adoptionatmars@gmail.com to reactivate your application with new interest. All fees are subject to MN sales tax and a processing fee at the time of adoption. Meet Fleagle, a 4 month old Beagle!! How cute is this little guy?! He is such a sweet guy who loves to snuggle. He prefers to be with you at all times. He’s doing really well with his house training. Crate training has also been going really well. He does fuss a little at first but quiets down quickly. He loves dogs, cats, and kids. It would be best for him to have another dog in the house because he tends to lean on them for comfort. He is such a wonderful puppy!! Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, dental, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $750.00    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 5, 2024, 5:33 pm

He is very smart and crate trained, he is working on learning to use a signal when he needs to go outside and go pottyHe is a bit scared when he meets new people and is slow to warm up to them.  But once he does he is so snuggly and playful! He really is a happy guy. Sometimes he does not like to share what he values. We’ve been working on that. ( He does coome with a trainer )His best life will be with a quiet household. He’s good with older respectful kids and other dogs. Cats are unknown. Story
Hi, my name is Mason and I am a beagle mix born 1/20/23. I have been in rescue since Halloween 2022 and I am so ready to find a home I can call my own now that Halloween 2024 is coming! Right now I live with my foster mom, my friend, the resident dog and a cat. I love my foster mom but my favorite person is a 12 yr old boy, whose name is Mason also. He comes to visit a lot and I give him all the love! I think I’d like to have kids live with me in my new home, we could run and play together. I do jump when excited so little ones might be a bit overwhelmed by me. Speaking of jumping, I am an amazing jumper. My foster mom thinks I could be trained for agility contests, cause I run fast, like to jump and she says I’m wiry. I’m not much of a ball chaser, but I will fetch a stick once in a while. My favorite outdoor activity is running and wrestling with my furry friend.  We also go on lots of walks, although I am not a leash fan, it hinders my exploring and smelling instincts. I will learn to accept it if that’s what you want me to do. I really do not like to be in a kennel, in fact I will find a way out one way or another. My foster mom lets me roam while she’s away and I’ve never chewed anything I’m not supposed to. I’m fully potty trained. I love food and treats, so much so that I’ve been known to counter surf if there is food where I can reach. I’m getting better about not doing it though. I love to go on car rides, but my tummy doesn’t. I have to take some pills before we go and then I’m good. I am very timid when I first meet someone and I will bark at you, but if you just give me a few minutes I’ll start warming up. I like to think I’m a fun little guy to have around and I’ve made my foster mom laugh lots at my goofy antics. Why don’t we meet and see if maybe we might have a love connection and you’ll want to take me home with you!   Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.   Rambler is a Beagle/Lab/Terrier mix (we are guessing!) Who is oh so sweet and good natured. Rambler came to us from a background of hardship. We don't know the full story but was told part of one of his ears was shot off? Was he a stray in a rural area and was shot at? We are not sure, but he came to rescue pretty meek and frightened of humans.  He also came to rescue with heartworm. He was successfully treated for that and has been diligently kept on Heartguard (Tri Heart Plus) since then.  He also has made HUGE progress since being in rescue. He is now more trusting and happy and open. He is crate trained, potty trained, walks well on a leash and loves to be with other dogs.  We are looking for a home for him with another dog (it helps his confidence) and a fenced in yard.  Rambler is one of those "heart dogs" that just get to you as you watch them embrace the kind of life they were meant to live.  If you want to make a difference in Rambler's life by giving him a loving home, please fill out our form below! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.   Say hi to Lulu! Lulu was rescued from a shelter in Tennessee, the day she was to be euthanized - shelter workers said they knew her original owner and that they mistreated her. Lulu is approx 8 years old and around 30 lbs. She’s very friendly, good with other dogs, good with cats. She’s affectionate, sweet, and friendly. We would recommend older children (or no children) for her because she can get touchy about her face being messed with- she can snap in fear if she doesn’t like how her face/neck/upper body is approached, or it's too quick for her. Lulu went through heartworm treatment through our rescue and is now ready for her forever home!  Interested in fostering or adopting? Please complete form at  https://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/ *Adoption fees range from $525-$650 + tax, depending on details of the individual animal* redemptionroad.mn@gmail.com http://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org https://www.facebook.com/RedemptionRoadRescue  All animals fully vetted appropriate for age: Spayed or Neutered Rabies vaccine DHPP vaccine 4DX test (@12 months or older) Microchipped Dewormed Flea/tick prevention  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 1:20 pm
