At approximately 5 months old and 24 pounds, she's a happy, playful pup who's ready to find a family of her own. She got spayed on June 19th and is thriving in her foster home, where she gets along wonderfully with the other dogs. Her submissive personality makes her an easy companion, and she's happy to let the other pups take the lead. Like any puppy, she's still learning the ropes! She'll need a family committed to continuing her training, especially with basic manners and house training. With consistency, patience, and plenty of praise, she's sure to blossom into an amazing lifelong companion. She's eager to please and at the perfect age to learn. Whether she's playing in the yard, making new canine friends, or relaxing by your side after a fun day, this sweetheart is happiest just being part of the family. Story

Rollie was surrendered after his owner died. He had never lived inside until he came into rescue. He is now house and crate trained. He does love to run and play and hide his bones outside. He had very little socialization with other dogs and is a little dog selective (prefers females more than males). He's more of a loner than most. He has always been crated inside to avoid the mischief a beagle tends to get into with chewing items he isn't supposed to be chewing. It is more for his safety of not swallowing anything harmful. He will bark to let you know when he needs to go potty. He has been completely vetted. He deserves a home of his own to retire in and enjoy the rest of his life. He is fostered in East TN, but transportation is included in the adoption fee and provided by Rescue Riders LLC. Please let me know if you have any questions. I wish the cats in the house would play with me but so far they won’t! I’m working hard on potty training and doing great! I'm not super excited about car rides so far but I like to go places and will go in the car if I feel safe. I am a Houdini when it comes to my kennel. Meet Raya, a sweet 5-year-old Beagle with a gentle heart, a loyal nature, and plenty of love to give. She’s looking for a forever home where she can enjoy a calm, predictable routine and continue blossoming into the wonderful companion she is. Raya is a fairly low-energy girl overall, but mention the words “go for a walk” and suddenly she’s ready to party! She loves her daily walks and dog-park adventures and gets especially excited when she knows an outing is coming. At home, she’s much more relaxed and enjoys simply being near her people. Raya is affectionate and deeply loyal once she trusts you. She’s friendly with women, older kids, and strangers, and she knows her basic obedience. She’s also fully house trained and will let you know she needs to go outside with a little whine. Raya actually does very well with other dogs and tends to warm up to them fairly quickly. Once comfortable, she loves having canine friends to play with. She can be a little protective of her person and does best with calm, thoughtful introductions, but she’s capable of happily sharing her home with other dogs. She does still struggle with men and would prefer minimal interaction with them, although she can successfully cohabitate with a man who respects her space and lets her approach on her own terms. Raya wasn’t much of a talker at first, but she has apparently discovered her inner Beagle! After spending time around a particularly vocal canine friend, she decided barking looked like fun and has started joining in. She’s got opinions now—and occasionally likes to share them. Raya is a loyal, loving girl who thrives when she knows what to expect and has people willing to let her build trust at her own pace. Wolverine is a loving, easygoing boy with the biggest heart. He is incredibly sweet and affectionate and always keeps a watchful eye on his sister, Rogue. You can already tell he is going to grow into such a loyal companion. Wolverine truly just goes with the flow. He loves to play and wrestle with his sister, but he’s just as happy relaxing and curling up on the couch with his people. We call him our “floppy man” because he somehow manages to mold himself into whatever space is available just so he can be as close to you as possible. If you’re looking for a loyal buddy and built-in best friend, Wolverine is your guy. On walks, he is always looking around and checking behind him to make sure the entire pack is together and everyone is still following.
