Bada’s journey is one of resilience, joy, and second chances. This lovable pup came all the way from Korea, where he arrived to our partner rescue with a fractured front leg. Unfortunately, the injury became infected due to the extreme heat and humidity, but they knew we couldn’t leave him behind. After rescuing him, it was discovered that his bone had healed improperly, and Bada needed surgery to correct it. Now, after a successful recovery, Bada is living it up in Illinois as a happy, healthy dog who’s ready to leap, run, and enjoy life to the fullest! Bada has a bright, outgoing personality and is full of energy. He’s not shy about anything—he’s all about making new friends and jumping right into playtime! Whether it's chasing after a ball or running around with a fellow dog, Bada is always up for some fun. His exuberance and excitement are contagious! This sweet boy has a friendly nature that makes him warm up quickly to people. Bada is best suited for a home with energetic and playful dogs who can match his playful pace, as he can be a bit too much for more laid-back pups. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, joyful dog who’s ready to shower you with affection and never stops running with joy, Bada is your guy! He is a very calm spirit and seems perfectly happy just laying at your feet while you are working. He has interacted quite well on two play dates and was observed to initiate play with a somewhat smaller dog. Treats have been inadvertently left in accessible places and he has not bothered them. Leash manners need some work but was better with a no pull harness."

We may have different theme names, but we all started the same way — as a litter of TEN tiny bottle babies! That’s a whole lot of hungry puppies, so we had to split up into different foster homes to make sure everyone got all the love, bottles, and cuddles we needed. Because of that, some of us ended up with totally different names and personalities… but we’re still one big goofy family at heart! Now look at us! We’ve grown into happy, playful puppies that are always ready for an adventure. We love exploring the yard, carrying toys around like treasures, wrestling with other dogs, and zooming around until nap time hits. We are social, loving babies that get along great with other dogs and kids too. After a long day of puppy business, our favorite thing is snuggling up close for naps and bedtime cuddles. We’ve come a long way from tiny bottle babies, and now we’re ready to find forever families to continue our happily ever afters! Now, before we go any further into my story.... let me warn you...it contains heartache and then some puppies, and fear and even some hopelessness. We do go to the top of the mountain as well, so hold in for the wild ride of my life:) maybe you will get to be my happily ever after.... So I was born a poor border collie mixed pup, in the miserable heat, in a disgusting backyard. To a mama that could have been so beautiful, if she had been brushed and cared for.... Fast forward thru almost 4 YEARS of misery and puppies, we were saved!!! I was saved with 9 newborn puppies and my sister/daughter/ cousin, etccc Princess and HER 9 PUPPIES TOO! We landed safe and sound at the rescue! We are now gorgeous girls and all pups grown and adopted! Now its time for me!! I am a single gal, and really don't like other dogs in my business. I want to be the Queen of the house :D Adopt me and I will fill YOUR home with my love and devotion. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

"She ran calling "WILD.....FIRE"!! That is a haunting song.... I promise, though..I am not a HAUNTER!! But I may love to run around and around and AROUND :) I am a puppy! I am so sweet and cuddly, when i finish running around ;) I have plenty of energy so you HAVE to be ready to burn it off with mental and physical exercise. I am SMART too! Teach me who you want me to be and I will learn! I was found with 4 siblings living (dumped) at the Home Depot...but it was a LUCKY BREAK, cause we were seen by the husband of a rescuer and we got SAVED! Now I am in my foster home and learning the "ropes" ;) Potty training is getting better every day, I mean our foster mom takes us out often for potty control and I am really working hard to wait for the next jaunt outside! I also am crate training too! I don't like to pee or poop where I sleep- as long as I don't eat right before bed and go outside as soon as I wake up I am doing great!! I seriously am ready for my family, I LOVE to play and am great with all dogs big, small, old or babies. AND i have one half BLUE EYE!! The better to see you with, my new family! :) ADOPT ME SOON!! Oreo Cookies are da BEST cookies ever! And i are one of them :D So you now know all about me ;) Except the creamy center, which may explain why i am in a rescue looking for a furever home.. It isn't my fault ;( I mean, picture this..... there i was, minding my own business... and my mom and dad sit me down to tell me that they are getting a divorce :( And my mom, brother and I will be homeless soon :( :( what do you do??? I was lucky enough to find a rescue that was able to help me be safe and loved. (my mom and brother found a safe place too) So here i am at the rescue, just waiting to be discovered by my real forever family and I have some things to tell you about me....
