Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! VICTORIA and her 4 kittens (GROGU - EWOK - MUCHI-JAWA) were part of a huge TNR effort in Los Angeles County. The group TNRed all the adult cats and rescued moms with kittens. They went to a foster. Then we were asked to help get them good homes. Now Ms. VICTORIA is ready for her FUREVER home! Meet VICTORIA, a very sweet and vocal tortoiseshell cat with a personality as colorful as her coat. This chatty girl will make sure you know exactly what she's thinking with her various meows and trills. Don't be fooled by her soft and sugary disposition, though—VICTORIA can be a little feisty and sassy, especially when she's trying to get her point across. She absolutely thrives on human interaction and loves nothing more than getting a good chin scratch or a long pet session. While she adores attention, she can be a bit shy when meeting new people, so a quiet and patient introduction is best. When it comes to other cats, VICTORIA is a "queen bee" at heart. She's okay with other felines, but she definitely prefers to be the ruler of her castle. She needs a patient and easygoing cat companion who will respect her boundaries. There’s no violence in this feisty girl—she’s all talk and sass, not a bully. Despite her regal attitude, she’s still very much a playful cat who loves chasing toys and pouncing on imaginary creatures. Her playful energy and loving nature make her an incredibly special and entertaining companion. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please call the PetSmart location, email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3-hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability and store hours. Our trapper friend could not find a rescue. They had to live in a kitty tent in someone's backyard. When she told us, we frantically got them here. SERGEANT BECKER is with our rescue now and is ready to be adopted. Meet SERGEANT BECKER, a cat with a personality as large as his name suggests. One was 8 weeks old. EUROPA and her kittens (ATALANA - CIRCE - DESPONIA - ZEPHYR) were saved in San Jacinto, California. The wonderful couple saved them from the very cruel neighbors. So they called us. They are currently fostering them. And we are so glad they did. Meet DESPONIA, a delightful Tuxedo cat from San Jacinto, California, whose independent spirit and adorable quirks make her a true character. With her striking black-and-white coat and those big, golden eyes, she’s a master at capturing attention and making you feel like you need to give her some love (though she’s not shy about letting you know when she’s had enough)! DESPONIA is definitely the "do her own thing" type. She’s content to sit by your feet, gazing up with those wide eyes, silently asking for affection. But once you've showered her with pets, she’ll give a gentle paw or turn away when she’s had enough—she’s got her boundaries, and she knows how to communicate them! One of her favorite things? Snack-filled treats! DESPONIA will happily indulge in anything with a filling, and her playful zoomies are a sight to behold. She’s quick to dash around, especially when her sisters are winding down for the evening—her burst of energy will keep you smiling as she races through the room, full of joy and excitement. One was 8 weeks old. NUGGET was saved by an independent rescuer. He was found in the sewer by an El Pollo Loco in Compton, California. The poor little guy was by himself and very malnourished. We were asked to help and now he is with our rescue. Meet NUGGET, a young feline who embodies a delightful blend of characteristics that make him a joy to be around. One was 8 weeks old. NICOLE HAUGHT and 12 other relatives of hers we're all dumped at a church in Whittier, California. These poor babies were left in the sun in a total of two carriers in front of a church. Needless to say, the rescue mama set course that day to pick them up. It took us 2 days to get them all to the rescue and to foster care. So NICOLE HAUGHT (named after the show: WYNONNA EARP) we believe was kept very well by whomever abandoned them. With all the tragedy that has happened to this girl and her family, she deserves to have a wonderful home. She is now been living a nice pampered life. Let her tell you all about herself.
