Story
Smudge is a sweet, rambunctious, cuddly girl. She is a FELV+ kitten, and due to that I am not able to provide the care that she needs. Smudge needs a calm and loving home where she would be the only cat. She is currently 6 months old. Smudge needs a pet parent who is aware of the circumstances that come with FELV+ cats and is willing to provide that assistance for her.

Story
Trying to rehome both cats together. The boy is called Mandela and he’s all black while the girl, Olga, is orange (super rare!). He’s a super sweet and friendly cat, and loves to stay on the lap. He lets you do whatever you want with him. He’s somehow vocal and needy, always asking for some love. He loves to scratch cardboard boxes. She’s super cute and somehow more reserved. She loves to be pet and chew plastic. Not vocal neither demanding. They’re both 12yo and Brazilians! He was rescued in the most famous carnival venue (sambódromo) in São Paulo when was ~3mo. Olga was severely sick when we adopted her and developed some kind of dwarfism. She’s tiny and suuuuper cute! They’re with us since 2013 and have been moving around from Brazil to Portugal and finally to the US. We recently had 2 kids and unfortunately we can no longer give them all the love they need and deserve. They’re both healthy and never had any health problems. Both are sterilized and microchipped.

Meet Obi. Obi dreams of a quiet life without a lot of razzle dazzle. He`s a pretty easy-going guy who values the simple things in life - yummy snacks, cozy beds, and easy companionship. Obi would prefer to be your one and only - he`s not interested in a chaotic life or spending time with other pets or loud humans. He`s told us that the party days are behind him. If you`re looking for a gentle companion and appreciate the simple, calm moments in life, Obi may be the guy for you. Come meet him today!

Story
Meet Martin! Martin is a special type of cat we lovingly call a Spirit cat! Spirit cats are very shy and prefer to spend time out of sight. New people and environments can be overwhelming at first and adopters should expect to see very little of Friendly as they are settling in. We often can’t predict how a spirit cat will be after they settle in - some become comfortable around their family and choose to spend time with them by sharing the same space or allowing some petting, while others continue to prefer to hide when there’s any commotion. Spirit cats generally prefer to spend their time around other cats and make an excellent kitty friend to a cat already in the home. Our staff can help prepare adopters to welcome a spirit cat into a quiet home, but patience and understanding will go a long way with Martin.
