This is sapphire, I got her as a kitten 5 years ago. She’s such a sweetheart and deserves a good home, saffy is very affectionate and loves to chill on your lap. She loves attention and gets along great with her sister (who I am also rehomimg, she’s a black longhair ) saffy is would do great by herself or get along with other cats. Great family cat and listens to commands and very gentle.

Good with kids, Not good with cats, Needs special attention, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
I adopted Madam from the Northeast Animal Shelter in April 2026. I am considering rehoming her because she and my current cat do not get along. Madam is the sweetest cat! She is very affectionate, loves to be around people, and is very snuggly at night. She is great with my kids and loves to play. She also loves to be brushed daily. Madam is 11 years old and has diabetes. She needs daily medication, which is just a pill crushed up and mixed with soft food. She seems to be doing really well with the medication. I believe she was newly diagnosed before she was an owner surrender at the shelter, which is where I met her. Her shots are all up to date. And I have a ton of food, automatic feeder and water fountain I'm happy to donate to a new home as well. I think Madam would be best as a single cat, ideally with someone or a family who is home regularly and is willing to play with her and pet/brush her daily.
