Story
We got Ricky at a rescue in Florida. He’s lovable and cuddly and a little hyper. He really likes pickle toys! Unfortunately, we had to move up to Michigan and move in with my partner‘s parents while we get more financially stable. Ricky does not get along with their dog. So he has to go, but we have to stay. We really want him to go to someone who can take him out and run with him and play with him and give him all the things we can’t right now. He is crate trained and unfortunately spends a lot of time in his crate right now because he can’t be free to roam the house with their dog..

Story
Hi, I’m Cookie 🍪 I am a five year old Australian Shepherd. I am bright, athletic, loving, and the best family member. I am the best girl and love people and children of all ages so much, I will smile and wiggle with happiness . I am crate trained even though I don’t need it, utd on vaccinations, spayed, potty trained, respectful of my home and love tennis balls and my bones. My preference is to be the only superstar in the home but with proper introductions, I may enjoy a new friend or two. If you would like to meet me, please contact Forgotten Souls Rescue and Rehab. ❤️❤️❤️

Story
Looking for a foster to adopt home within an hour or so of Sturgis, MI. ❤️ 5 years old, 5 pounds ❤️ Good with dogs, cats and kids ❤️ Potty trained IF you pay attention ❤️ Great in the car She is super friendly and can go anywhere with you. We have taken her to a downtown event and even to a full day of garage sales. She likes to sleep in bed. She was from an Amish family so I would guess she is good with other animals like chickens and horses. ❗❗ She is diabetic but is doing great. She takes insulin shots twice a day. The cost of the insulin and needles is about $80 a month. She will need bloodwork every so often to check to make sure her levels are correct. Each vet has a different cost for this. Other things to know about a diabetic dog: 1. They eat their meals right before insulin so you can't just have food out for other animals they could get into. 2. Their food is important. She is currently eating science diet which can be bought from most any pet food store including TSC. 3. You do have to watch their activity. They can go low or high with their glucose. Thankfully, we have not had any issues while she has been with me. 4. They can live a long, happy life with a little extra care. Sugar still does need to be spayed and have a dental in August. Sugar is also safe here until that home can be found. We have learned she will bark when left alone and will try to eat a crate so our puppy proof living room is where she stays when we are gone. NO apartment living for her as your neighbors will turn you in for noise 🫣🤦. Otherwise she is quiet and the most perfect girl. I had a lot of people reach out when I first posted her. PLEASE talk to your whole family before applying. Talk to your vet so you are well prepared on adding a diabetic dog to your family. This is a lifetime commitment so please give it some thought ❤️

🐝🍯 MEET HONEY BEE! 🍯🐝 5 years old • 15 lbs • Spayed • Adoption Ready! We genuinely don’t understand how this sweet girl ended up as a stray at our local animal control and no one came looking for her. Literally… HOW?! 😭💔 Their loss is going to be someone very lucky’s gain! Honey Bee is a sweetie pie with SO much personality and love to give. 🥰 She loves to explore, but she also knows how to relax when it’s time to chill. We’re working on basic commands and so far she knows “inside,” “outside,” and “potty.” So basically, the important ones. 😂 She’s potty trained, gets along well with dogs and cats, and is happy to coexist rather than play. She’s also totally fine being left home alone and hasn’t gotten into anything she shouldn’t! Honey Bee’s favorite things: ☀️ Lounging in the sunshine & watching squirrels 🦴 A good bone 💃 Dancing — no seriously, she DANCES! #DancingQueen 👃 “Checking her emails” on walks (aka smelling EVERYTHING!) 🌱 Eating grass — we’re pretty sure there’s a little goat somewhere in her family tree. 🐐😂 ❤️ Belly rubs & being with her people 🫶 She’s food motivated (a slow feeder may be in her future 😂) — yay for not being picky! We’re still waiting on her DNA results, but we’re thinking she’s some sort of long-haired Chihuahua mix. Whatever she is, she’s 100% SWEETHEART! 💕 If you’re looking for a loyal, sweet, fun little companion who can go on an adventure and then happily curl up and relax with you, Honey Bee might be your girl! 🐝💛 📩 Reach out today to learn more about Honey Bee and give this sweet girl the forever home she deserves!

Exercise partner? Walking around the block? Diet? Evie Grace can join you! She should lose about 20 pounds 🫣. Yes, I know that is a lot but she can do it! She had bloodwork done and it was good. Yay! She is currently still living with her owner but they only have until September 1st to find her a home. She is a SUPER friendly girl and is good with dogs, cats and kids. And don't let her weight fool you. She will take you for a walk if you let her. She could use some training on walking some. The family admits to over feeding her so it will be important her next family is able to follow a diet for her. She did great at the vet and is spayed, heartworm negative and on prevention, microchipped and had first set of vaccines. She really is a great girl and loves attention. Reach out today about her!

Barley is soo smart! She knows sit, down and roll over. She will make a great companion to a family with just a little bit of training. She was pulled for our local animal control and is settling in well. She has not had a potty accident and is crate trained and good with dogs and cats. She is about 4 years old and 43 lb. If you're looking for an addition to your family look no further! She does come with a few warnings ❌❗ 1. She has no idea how to control her tongue. Kisses are free and random. 2. The tail can be a weapon as it wags 100 miles an hour. 🤷❤️🐾 She says she just can't help those things! She is spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention and had her first set of vaccines. Reach out today for an application and adoption fee. Barley ❤️
