We rescued her from an abusive home at 3 months old and she came to us very scared and very neglected .She is affectionate, loyal, gentle, playful, smart, protective, brave, curious, independent, funny, athletic, dignified, and a couch potato when the time calls for it. She's quiet, but never shy of showing her loved ones affection with sweet doggy kisses once she breaks out of her shell. She is good with other dogs her size and would be a great addition to any family. Sakari does not like cats, as she will chase them. She is a well-rounded dog with many unique personality traits. I am a friendly, affectionate, loyal, gentle, playful, smart, protective, dignified, and funny dog. I enjoy spending my days following my humans around the house and curling up next to them on the couch. I am very attentive and have been known to give great kisses. Jackson (Jax) is looking for his family! Please adopt me now <3 This guy is a fun loving 70 lbs American Bulldog mix with possibly some other bully and/or Weimaraner mixed in. He is about 4.5 years old.  He loves to go for walks, would be an excellent running/hiking buddy.  He is so crate trained that if you say kennel, he goes right to it.  He also will put himself to bed in his crate if he feels you are staying up too late.  He has that awesome puppy energy but the smarts to immediately calm down as soon as you say his name.  He knows sit, lay down, go out (from the kitchen lol) and walks beautifully on a leash. Best as an only dog because his past experience with other dogs is mixed. He does best with a strong leader. No cats, but he is okay with chickens. Out of an abundance of caution, no small kids even though he's shown no issues with kids and actually likes them. He's fixed, chipped, and current on his vaccinations. Adoption fee of $250 includes the aforementioned items. Currently in need of new foster (or adopter) in Oregon. He can be adopted in Oregon or Southwest Washington. Loki is a sweet loyal boy. He has a calm temperament, and thinks he is a big teddy bear. He loves belly rubs, will sit and put his head in your lap, and just wants to be near his humans. He is an indoor/outdoor dog and is also kennel trained. He gets along with dogs at the dog park and he gets along with cats as well but he does like to chase them. He is well behaved but needs a more dominant owner. He has a thick coat but it is shorter than most malamutes so keeping him groomed is very easy. His biggest needs is to have a yard, and to not be alone so with someone who works at home or who has another dog. He is stressed by children so he needs adult owners only.
