Story
Meet Chinook! She is a soon to be 4 year old girl that loves going on long walks and playing tug. I have had her since she was about 8 weeks old. She is well behaved and non-destructive. I have often left her alone out of her kennel and she does just fine. She is kennel trained, mostly leash trained (she sometimes pulls a bit here and there). Chinook isn't much of a barker, but when she gets excited she will definitely sing about it! I am hoping to find a home that is active or has the means to provide space for her. I am needing to rehome her because I am moving out of state suddenly and I will not be able to give her what she needs where I'm going due to health reasons.

Story
Doug is a 4year old stray we adopted from Heartland Humane Society in Corvallis a few months ago! He is extremely sweet and cuddly!!! He loves toys and running around the back yard, going for walks and swimming in the lake. He is housebroken and can obey some simple commands. The problem is he has terrible separation anxiety and can’t tolerate being left alone! He breaks out of indoor and outdoor kennels he jumped out our window and jumped out 4 and a half foot fence. He also knows how to open the refrigerator. Other than that he’s the best dog ever. He comes with a kennel, toys and food

Story
Hi, I'm Mia, a beautiful and graceful Standard Poodle seeking my forever home with loving people. I love to be active and to take a good snooze, too! I am located in Cascadia, OR, about an hour from Corvallis, Sisters, Eugene, Salem and about 2 hours from Portland and Newport. My rescue folks will meet you part way if you come from a distance. I am house trained, ride nicely in the car, love pets and snuggles and am a lovely girl. I seek a calm home without loud voices and a primary handler who is female, though my guy comfort level has grown fast in rescue and I plan on continuing this trajectory in my forever home. I am spayed, micro-chipped, negative fecal tested, and groomed. A great home for me and my must haves include: 1. An owned home with a good sized 5.5 to 6 foot fenced yard. 2. Folks not gone long hours and a primary woman handler at least initially. 3. Active folks who will treat me as a family member and include me in their activities. 4. A calm home with rescue savvy owners. 5. Folks who know the cost of grooming, good nutrition and vet care and are prepared to spend it. 6. I have 10-14 years of life left and seek to spend it in one home with my forever people. 7. Mia will do well in a home with other dogs and will do fine in a home with a dog savvy cat. If you meet the above criteria and think that this lovely girl may make a great new family member, please inquire or apply. To inquire, email: awoofovermyhead@gmail.com with "Mia" in the subject line. Please tell us a bit about yourself and how Mia will fit into your life. To apply, please complete the following application: https://forms.gle/4EmPakQsjoapv2wV8 Non-cigarette smoking homes only, please. Thanks!

Story
Valkyrie is an adorable, fun and spunky 7..5 pound 7 year old Chihuahua. She loves to lie near her people, explore the yard and gets along with dogs and cats. She likes to play with squeaky toys. She is fostered in Cascadia, OR. We are about an hour from Eugene, Sisters, Salem, Corvallis. About 2 from Portland and Newport. We will meet part way if you are coming from over an hour. Valkyrie is house trained, lived in one home her since puppyhood and has acclimated well in her foster homes. She seeks a calm forever home with gentle people. She rides well in the car, is equal parts snooze and cruise. Valkyrie has lived with children and teens. Due to her tiny size, and life experience, she will be the best fit for slightly older kids, 8 and up, This cute lady is spayed, de-wormed, vaccinated, and micro-chipped. Her adoption fee is $350. A great home for V and her must haves include: 1. An owned or stable renter home and a securely fenced yard. 2.
