Story
🐾 Meet Ranger – a loyal, loving dog looking for his forever home! He’s energetic, enjoys walks, runs, and playing with other dogs, but also loves relaxing with his toys. Crate-trained, microchipped, neutered, and great with older kids (he’s strong and may knock little ones over). Ranger has a high prey drive and needs a home without small animals. He was born without a prostate, causing bladder incontinence—he wears diapers indoors and handles it well. Due to changes in our work schedule and having small animals, we can no longer provide the environment he needs. He will come with his crate, toys, blankets, and reusable diapers. Why we're rehoming- We fear for his safety and well-being, as well as that of our other pets. This decision is made out of love — we want him to go to a home where he can be free, active, and fully loved. Ranger is a truly good boy who deserves a home where he can thrive and be loved.

Story
Hi! My name is Yoshi. I was rescued from a homeless camp in Bakersfield, CA and I'm safe now with my rescue in Oregon. I'm a happy, healthy boy. I am about 2.5 months old and I weigh approximately 2.6lbs. I'll be a small little dog. I'm told I'm a very handsome boy. I have a fun personality and I love everyone. I do great with other dogs and I don't mind cats, I'm very curios. I'm up to date on my vaccines, crate and potty pad training, and I'm microchipped. If you are interested in giving me my forever family, please go directly to my rescues website at savingonepawatatimerescue.org to complete my adoption application. I look forward to meeting you! Story
Hi! My name is Scooby. I was found abandoned with my sister in Fresno, CA and taken to a high kill shelter where I was marked as unadoptable because I was scared. My sister was adopted and I was at risk of being euthanized. I am safe now with my rescue in Oregon. Im estimated to be about 3 months old and I weigh approximately 6lbs. I’m very tiny. I’m up to date on my puppy vaccines, microchipped and learning very quickly to use my potty pads. I’m also being crate trained and sleep well through the night! I’m a very sweet little boy who just wants love and affection, although I’m still a little shy. Once I’m held, I’m perfectly content and give lots of kisses. My favorite thing is being with my person. I do well playing with other dogs, but still scared around the big ones. I’m not very interested in cats so they don’t bother me. I’m very submissive. I do love my toys too. If you are interested in being my forever family, please go directly to my rescues website at savingonepawatatimerescue.org to complete my adoption application. I look forward to meeting you! Love, Scooby

Story
Hi! My name is Scooter! I was found dumped on someone’s property and taken to a high kill shelter in Fresno, CA where I was at risk of being euthanized for space. I am safe now with my rescue in Oregon. I’m estimated to be about 6 months old and I weigh approximately 11.5lbs. I’m up to date on my vaccines and will be neutered this Tuesday! I’m learning to use my potty pads fairly quickly and I’m sure I’ll be easy to potty train outside once I’m completely vetted! I’m crate trained, very smart and I love everyone. I get along with dogs, cats, and people of all ages. I’m also not a leg lifter when I pee so that’s a huge plus my rescue says. I’m still just a little guy. I’m very small and won’t get very big at all. I’m a very sweet boy who would love the chance of being in a forever home with my forever family. If you are interested in adopting me, please go directly to my rescues website at savingonepawatatimerescue.org to complete my adoption application. I look forward to meeting you! Love, Scooter

Story
Hi, I'm Yogi, a two year, 8 month old 63 pound Shepherd/Carolina Dog mix, and I am a lover of my people. I am fostered in Albany, Oregon. I love kids of every age, and I am very adaptable to each child's style of doggie love: I enjoy playing with the 5 year old and snuggling with the teen. My current family says I am good at cheering anyone up when they are sad. I also love adults, and other dogs. I live with a dog savvy cat, and we do fine (see the photo). I am house trained and can be left on my own loose at home. I am crate trained though we seek a no closed crate home. I love being with my people most of all. I love belly rubs, my chicken toy, car rides, zoomies, playing keep away, chasing a ball and chewing a bone. If I sound like a dream boat, well, I am. . I am working on walking nicely on leash. More practice with someone knows positive ways to teach me loose leash walking would be great. My rescue can help with good positive training videos and information. Though I have been doing fine without a lot of exercise most days, I would love a more active life. Just know that I am pretty easygoing about it, if some days we just hang out. I take a little time to warm up to visitors coming into my home,. Patient dog savvy owners who can help me with good introductions, or folks without a lot of guests (low traffic homes), will be a great fit. I seek a home with a full sized fenced yard or acreage, and active folks who will include me in their fun activities. Yogi is neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, and micro-chipped. His adoption fee is $200. He comes with his supplies: toys, balls, harness, his remaining dog food. A great home for Yogi and his must haves include: 1. An owned home with a full sized fenced yard or acreage. 2. Folks not gone long hours, and who will treat Yogi like a family member and include him in their fun activities. 3. Adopters who believe in giving their dogs daily exercise, offering good nutrition and vet care. Folks who use only positive reinforcement training. 4. Yogi will do well with any age child with great dog manners, nice dogs, dog savvy cats and a low traffic home or dog savvy folks who help him with introductions. If you meet the above criteria, and you are interested in Yogi, he is interested in you! Make your move and inquire or apply asap! To inquire, please email: awoofovermyhead@gmail.com with "Yogi" in the subject line. Please tell us a bit about yourself and how Yogi will fit into your life. Please leave a number where you can be reached. To apply, please complete the following application. Applications with thoughtful and complete answers receive priority consideration. We will call you upon receiving an inquiry or application that is a good match! Non-cigarette smokers only, please. Thanks!
