Story
Mochi was purchased from reputable breeder and is about 22 weeks old. We have owned him for about 2.5 months, but, unfortunately, our family went through a significant health crisis shortly after we brought him home. As a result of our irregular and unpredictable schedules, training him has been difficult, and we are afraid we do not have sufficient time to care for him and pay attention to him as deserves.

Story
My heart is breaking as i am writing and I'm not even sure how to begin. I am going on 2 years of being divorced. I am now a single mom of 2 kids. I was a stay at home mom before and my financial situation looked much different. I now have multiple jobs that require me to be gone for long periods of times and when I don't have my kids, I have to travel for work. My dogs used to get daily walks, rides in the car and fun to baseball games and school drop offs. They've been raised with kids of all ages and dogs of all shapes and sizes.. but now they sit inside all day long and are not getting the love and attention and exercise I know they need. They're each 100 pounds and the dog food and vet costs and grooming on top of the lack of time is too much. If anyone would be interested in keeping them together, it would be an answered prayer. but I understand that's a lot of commitment for anyone. They are used to space and are beep trained (no shock) collars. They walk with harnesses on.

Story
PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.Charlie is the sweetest little snuggle bug at only 8 months old and about 30 pounds. When we first met Charlie, he was skin and bones but he's very healthy now. His favorite thing is meal time and he dances around his food bowl with excitement and joy! He's discovered bones, which he loves, but he loves stuffed toys more than anything else. He would be great with kids but ultimately he's looking for a best friend that he can follow around with a big happy smile. His favorite things are soft blankets, stuffy toys, and having a full tummy. We do not know his breed, American Bulldog mix is a guess. He is neutered, UTD on vaccines, on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, and microchipped. He just started at the Paws in Prison program the week of 2/2, where he will be paired with inmate trainers who will work with him on basic commands, house training, and maybe a few tricks! When he graduates he will have all of the skills needed to pass the Canine Good Citizen test. This is an 8 week program and we hope to have an adopter ready and waiting for him when he graduates! Charlie is located in Arkansas. He can be adopted locally, but transport is available to the New England area as well. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them in PA, NY, or CT on Saturdays. To apply, please fill out the adoption app: https://form.jotform.com/212690945239059 Message us or email apps.aasr@gmail.com with any questions.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter,  up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion.
