Story
Meet Pasta! 🍝🐾 Pasta is a 5 year old Hound/Lab mix with zest for life and energy to spare. She loves adventures, long walks, car rides, and—after she’s had her fun—crashing on the couch like a pro. Treats are her love language, and she’s always ready to work for a snack. She’s housebroken, crate trained, and has done well with dogs, kids, strangers, and even livestock. That said, Pasta prefers calm handling (no loud voices), pulls hard on leash, and can clear fences under 5 feet—so secure containment and a confident handler are a must. She tends to do best with male or smaller dogs, needs slow introductions, and should be fed separately due to possible food guarding. Her cat history is mixed, so a cat-free home may be the best fit depending on experience. Spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Pasta was heartworm positive in 2025, but tested negative in June of 2026. Returned when her last match wasn’t quite right, she’s ready for a committed home that can give her structure, patience, and plenty to do. Looking for a loyal, active sidekick with a big personality? Pasta’s ready to twirl her way into your life. 💛🐶

Story
Bubble Bath is a big, lovable girl who thrives on being close to her people. She’s affectionate, gentle, and happiest when she’s soaking up attention from those she loves. She has done well around other dogs, cats, and even larger livestock, making her a wonderful fit for a variety of homes—though she would prefer a chicken-free household. Bubble Bath walks nicely on a leash most of the time, with occasional pulling when something exciting catches her eye. Indoors, she’s well-mannered and appears to be potty trained. Bubble Bath is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has successfully completed treatment for a very mild heartworm-positive result. She’s healthy, happy, and ready for her next chapter. If you’re searching for a sweet, loyal companion who will shower you with love and affection, Bubble Bath might just be the perfect addition to your family.

Story
Howlywood Undead was brought in as a stray and was never reclaimed. He is a friendly, rambunctious boy who absolutely loves people and thrives on attention. He has a big personality and isn’t shy about using his voice—especially when left alone—so apartment living would likely not be the best fit for him. Howlywood is great with kids, strangers, and cats, but he is not good with other dogs or livestock, so a home where he can be the only dog is recommended. He is potty trained when taken out frequently and does best with a consistent routine. He did well being left alone and will continue to thrive with structure and regular outings. True to his heeler breed, Howlywood can be mouthy and does like to nip, and he can jump up which may result in scratches. This behavior is not aggressive, but adopters should be prepared to work on manners and provide appropriate outlets for his energy. He loves going on walks and enjoys getting out and about. Howlywood walks fairly well on a leash but can be very excitable and is still learning to walk calmly at your side. He rides great in the car and loves attention, being pet, cuddling up, and cozy warm blankets. His foster describes him as a great dog who just wants to be loved. Howlywood Undead is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm negative, and on prevention.

Ginger was surrendered because he enjoys chasing chickens, so he would do best in a home without birds. He is fully house-trained and has wonderful manners. Ginger gets along well with dogs, cats, and children, making him a great fit for many families. He is friendly with strangers, although he may bark when meeting new people before warming up. Ginger is comfortable being left home alone, enjoys car rides, and handles grooming with ease. He also knows his basic commands and is a well-behaved companion who is ready to settle into a loving home. If you're looking for a sweet, well-rounded dog to add to your family, Ginger may be the perfect match! He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. He is heartworm negative and on prevention.

Story
Bella was surrendered through no fault of her own and is ready to find the loving home she deserves. When she arrived, she was dealing with double ear infections and hair loss caused by fleas, but she's on the road to recovery and her sweet personality has never wavered. Bella is an absolute love bug who wants nothing more than to be with her people. She's housetrained and will let you know when she needs to go outside—and she'll be just as quick to let you know when she's ready to come back in! She enjoys going for walks, spending time outdoors with her family, and loves riding in the car, happily hopping into the front seat for every adventure. Bella came to the shelter with another dog and should do well with canine companions, though a meet and greet is always recommended. She does show a strong interest in cats, so a home without cats or with careful introductions would be the best fit. Bella is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. She is heartworm negative and on prevention. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will happily join you on walks, errands, and cozy evenings at home, Bella is ready to be your new best friend.

Wiggles

Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) Mixed Breed (Small)

Male, 3 yrs 11 mos
Stephenville, TX
Size
(when grown) Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
Details
Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Wiggles came to us after being surrendered because he had a habit of chasing anything with wheels. This little guy may only weigh about 20 pounds, but he’s strong and full of personality! Wiggles can be unsure around strangers and will need a patient adopter who is willing to give him some time to warm up and build trust. Once he feels comfortable, he enjoys having his person nearby—and he absolutely loves car rides. Wiggles would do best as the only dog in the home, as he is not a fan of other dogs. He is not good with cats or livestock, so he will need a home without either. He also needs a secure, well-fenced yard, as he has a tendency to try to escape if given the opportunity. He appears to have some separation anxiety and isn’t shy about letting you know when he’s feeling upset, so a home where someone is around often or willing to help him work through it would be ideal. Wiggles also seems to be potty trained. Wiggles is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm negative, and on prevention. With the right person who understands his needs, Wiggles has the potential to be a very loyal companion.
