Story
Gomez was found as a stray and was never reclaimed, but this gentle soul is ready to find a quiet, loving home to call his own. He’s a very shy guy who prefers a calm environment where he can sit close to his person and soak up soft, gentle pets. Gomez may take a little time to warm up, but once he feels safe, he’s perfectly content just being by your side. While he did come in with another dog, Gomez did not do well during dog testing and will need to be the only pet in the home. He thrives when he can bond closely with his person without the stress of other animals around. Gomez is still learning his leash manners and isn’t the most confident walker yet, so he will need patience and continued training to help him build confidence. He is truly a country dog at heart and does not do well being kept behind a small fence or in a kennel. He would do best in a home with plenty of space where he can feel secure and not confined. Gomez is microchipped, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, and neutered. If you’re looking for a sweet, quiet companion who just wants a cozy spot next to you and a gentle touch — and you can offer him the space and understanding he needs — Gomez might be your perfect match.

Story
Howlywood Undead was brought in as a stray and was never reclaimed. He is a friendly, rambunctious boy who absolutely loves people and thrives on attention. He has a big personality and isn’t shy about using his voice—especially when left alone—so apartment living would likely not be the best fit for him. Howlywood is great with kids, strangers, and cats, but he is not good with other dogs or livestock, so a home where he can be the only dog is recommended. He is potty trained when taken out frequently and does best with a consistent routine. He did well being left alone and will continue to thrive with structure and regular outings. True to his heeler breed, Howlywood can be mouthy and does like to nip, and he can jump up which may result in scratches. This behavior is not aggressive, but adopters should be prepared to work on manners and provide appropriate outlets for his energy. He loves going on walks and enjoys getting out and about. Howlywood walks fairly well on a leash but can be very excitable and is still learning to walk calmly at your side. He rides great in the car and loves attention, being pet, cuddling up, and cozy warm blankets. His foster describes him as a great dog who just wants to be loved. Howlywood Undead is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm negative, and on prevention.

Story
Kaloni was brought in with a puppy and sadly was never reclaimed. He’s a friendly, energetic guy who clearly doesn’t enjoy shelter life and is eager to get back to the comforts of a real home. Kaloni is dog friendly but not a good fit for a home with cats. While he has done well indoors, he is not fully potty trained yet and will need a little consistency and patience as he continues learning. Kaloni is a very sweet boy, a fast learner, and truly wants to please, which will make training a rewarding experience. He’s still learning to walk politely on a leash but improves more every day. Kaloni is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. He is heartworm negative and on prevention.

Story
Danny was brought in as a stray and never reclaimed. He is a people-loving dog who truly shines as the center of attention and is great with new people. Danny prefers to be the only pet in the home, as he does not do well with other dogs or cats—but if you’re looking for a devoted best friend, he’s happy to fill that role. Danny is potty trained and understands home routines. He does well being left alone for the most part, though he may grab random items to chew on if given the opportunity. He rides well in the car and walks well on a leash, though he can pull a bit at times and would benefit from continued leash training and gentle guidance. Affection is Danny’s love language—he loves cuddles, attention, and playtime, and he gets very excited when spending time with his people. His favorite way to show affection is through big hugs, and once he bonds with you, he is incredibly loving and devoted. Danny would thrive in a home where he can soak up all the love and return it tenfold as your one-and-only companion. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, dewormed, heartworm negative, and on prevention.

Story
Meet Casienova, or Casie for short—a 6–7 year old American Pit Bull Terrier with a big heart and an even bigger love for belly rubs! This sweet girl melts for head scratches, cuddles, and attention, and her wiggly rump is sure to make you smile.Casie is housebroken, friendly with strangers, and loves being close to her people. She may be a little anxious at first and needs a bit of encouragement to go into her crate, but once she’s settled, she relaxes well. She can be vocal if she feels ignored or hears other dogs barking. She has done well with small dogs, though she’s still learning to be gentle, and a meet-and-greet with any current pets is recommended. Casie would do best in a home with a privacy fence, as she can chew on fencing when she’s feeling energetic.Casie also has a severe flea allergy, so she will need to stay on prescription flea and tick prevention. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm negative, and on prevention, and she’s ready to find a calm, loving home where she can truly relax and be someone’s cuddle buddy. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion with lots of love to give, Casie might be your perfect match.

Story
Maizel is a 6–7 year old mixed breed sweetheart who truly never meets a stranger. She’s affectionate, friendly, and especially adores kids—honestly, she seems to love them even more than adults! She was surrendered due to a family change, not because of anything she did, and she’s been nothing but loving with people. Maizel is housebroken, crate trained, and does well when left alone. She rides great in the car, walks nicely on a leash, and knows her basic commands. She loves attention, cuddles, and playtime—especially with toys and balls. Her foster says she’s a puppy at heart who would love a home with kids and space to play. Maizel would do best as the only dog in the home and needs a no-cat household due to her strong prey drive. A secure, sturdy fence is also important, as she has been known to jump chain-link fences if she spots small animals. She can be startled by loud noises but continues to make great progress and settles well in calm, loving environments. Maizel is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, and on prevention. She’s ready to find a stable home where she can feel safe, loved, and be the loyal, fun-loving companion she was meant to be. 💕🐾
