Story
I got Bellarose in Mississippi off of Craig’s list. I picked her for eyebrows. She has been an angle. My ex husband and I put a lot of work in to train her. She knows sit, lay down, shake, wait, speak, be quite and no. Bella is 8 now and very relaxed. She still loves frisbee and pets the most. She loves children because of their high energy and love. Bella gets along well with any other dog and cats. She is silly and so trusting. I’m looking to find a home where people have more time to show Bella love and attention. I do try to have her sleep on a bed at night. She will get a little sore from the floor and I have been giving her a supplement for her joints.

Story
Meet the sweetest boy who’s looking for his forever home. This decision has not been an easy one, and our biggest hope is to find someone who will love him as much as we do. He has the biggest heart and is happiest when he's with his people. Whether it's cuddling on the couch, soaking up attention, or joining you for a walk, he's always by your side. He absolutely loves going on walks, visiting the dog park, and playing with other dogs. He's also wonderful with children and enjoys being part of family activities. He's incredibly loyal and protective of the people he loves, making him not only a wonderful companion but also a devoted best friend. He's house-trained, well-mannered, and does not chew up furniture, shoes, or other household items. We're looking for a loving home where he'll continue to get the attention, exercise, and affection he thrives on. He deserves a family who will cherish him for the amazing dog he is.

Story
Daisy is 4 years old and enjoys being active. She insists on a morning walk (great on a leash) and never turns down a second round of activity later in the day (hike, walk, run, doggy playdate). She is very sweet and loves cuddles. She’s also trained on an E-collar for off-leash hikes. She is house and kennel trained. Daisy is eager to please and loves treats for her tricks (sit, down, come, touch, leave it). She does get anxious with thunderstorms and fireworks (shakes and pants), but calms with medicine from the vet. She’s up to date on vaccines and is microchipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to keep Daisy as we now have 2 young children and she’s demonstrated food defensiveness toward our toddler (not myself or my husband). She would make a great addition to a family with no or older children. There is no adoption fee and we hope to work with the adopters to ensure a good fit for this sweet girl.

Story
Meet Shaw! Shaw is an energetic, playful, and super sweet boy who is fully potty trained and very well-behaved in the house. He doesn’t need to be crated when you leave, rarely barks, and loves to curl up on the couch with soft blankets. He knows sit, shake, and wait, and sleeps in his crate at night. Shaw LOVES toys, especially balls, and is great at fetch and jumping to catch. He’ll bring toys to you when he wants to play or entertain himself pushing them around. He’s a cuddly guy who loves to rest his head on you… but he’s also a big licker! Giving him a toy helps redirect his excitement so he can enjoy calm snuggles. Shaw can be nervous with new people and needs slow introductions, especially inside the home. He currently lives with kids 10 and 14, but can be anxious around younger or unfamiliar children. Treats, toys, and being ignored at first help him warm up. He’s much more comfortable meeting new people out and about and at our adoption center and meets new dogs easily. Speaking of dogs, Shaw loves them. A playful dog companion would be ideal to help build his confidence and keep him busy. He enjoys walks, has lots of energy, and would do great with an active family. A fenced yard is a bonus, but he also does well on a tie-out. Shaw is goofy, affectionate, athletic, and so much fun. He just needs a patient, understanding home with older kids and a playful dog friend. Once he trusts you, he’ll be your loyal, loving, cuddly buddy.
