Courtesy Posting Ozzie is a 5-year-old cattle dog mix. He weighs 75 pounds and is fully vaccinated, house trained, and crate trained. Ozzie has lived in a loving home his whole life. Sadly, his owner became ill and can no longer care for him. Since Ozzie has been going to daycare for years, they agreed to foster him until a new foster or better yet, a new home could be found. He is very sweet and enjoys cuddling with his humans. Ozzie gets along great with dogs of all sizes! He loves going on walks and hikes but is down for hanging out at home and snuggling on the couch. Ozzie has been going on pack walks with other dogs and attending doggy daycare and does wonderful and enjoys playing with other dogs. Good with kids ages 12+

Archie's such a good boy! I've had financial problems come up that I couldn't have predicted when I adopted him a year ago. It breaks my heart but I need to find him a new home. Will you be his lucky forever family? ABOUT ARCHIE: -He's approx. 3 years old -He's a cattle dog mix -He's 65 pounds -He is up-to-date on vaccines and is healthy -He is medium-energy -He has not spent any time around children -He has strong prey drive and should NOT be in a home with cats. -He does NOT have a bite history -He's smart. Lily is an active, full-throttle kind of girl! Grab life by the horns and run with it... or grab a big stick rather ! She LOVES running and chasing sticks, the bigger the better!!l She is super confident, a bit bossy, and selective about the company she keeps. Lily isn't a social butterfly, she would love a home with a couple active adults who don't have a ton of social activity in the home. She will protect, and maybe get possessive if allowed, so best to keep some boundaries with her! Smart, athletic girl who needs dog savvy folks with a yard and time to provide lots of love, play time (big sticks!) and ongoing training and stimulation. She doesn't love crowds, so no dog parks for Lily. Experienced dog-savvy applicants ONLY. Thank you for considering adoption of a Milo Foundation Sanctuary dog. Our Sanctuary is where our rescued dogs who have had difficulty in a home in the past, have behavioral issues, or too much energy, or for some, aggression issues with other dogs, or intense stranger danger that make them more difficult to safely and happily live in urban environments. These are not beginner dogs or for the most part nor are they for families with children. IF you are looking for an easy dog to add to your family, we suggest looking at the dogs at our Adoption Center, Milo Pt Richmond. Dinah is a beautiful 3 year old cattle dog girl. She is shy at first and takes some time to adjust. Once she feels comfortable she loves to give hugs and be by her person. She can be a little nippy at times, which is typical of the cattle dog breed given what they are bred for. Dinah is great at playing fetch and will drop the ball at your feet. She would love a family who could play ball with her! She would be better with dog savvy kids because of this or good in an adult only home.
