He is super mellow and well behaved by nature. He gets along well with other dogs and cats. Bobby adapted and thrived quickly in foster care. He is potty trained and crate trained to sleep overnight. His favorite pastime is his daily walks and hanging out with play pals in the park. Bobby is calm and docile compared to young pups his age. He would be a great candidate for family looking for a companion pet. About Bobby’s rescue: Bobby was deserted at the park, he was around six months old at the time. Volunteer posted his story on social media asking for help, but didn’t get any response. He was friendly to the park visitors and sometimes played with their dogs. During the time the volunteer was looking for foster opportunity for him. Before an organized fair held at the park, Bobby was picked up by the local shelter. Fortunately, the volunteer landed a foster family for Bobby and got him out of the shelter shortly. Bobby got out of the shell and became his old and friendly self soon afterwards. Pace is half Aussie cattle dog and half bull terrier. He’s a ~65lb cuddle bug, great with other dogs, and a great guard dog! He’s very laid back at home, happy to snuggle by you on the couch, but is very excited to meet new people or dogs! He is great off leash and in open spaces, he adores the dog park and can fetch. He graduated puppy class with flying colors and is incredibly well trained, can sit, lay down, stay, and roll over, with lots of potential to learn new tricks! Even though he’s quite playful he’s very quiet and gentle, never barking loudly or being too rough. He’s very well mannered in a home, knowing how to treat things with respect and not to go places he’s not allowed. He loves to be around you, and will follow you from room to room or even make rounds to visit everyone in the house to make sure everyone is ok! Pace has a very sad history, his owner was tragically killed in a double homicide by her boyfriend, and we are desperately looking for someone that can give this poor pup the love he deserves after his heartbreak. His owner would want Pace to go to a home with lots of love to give, with an active lifestyle that can take Pace with them since he loves to be with his human! SPECIAL FOSTER or home NEEDED for a very special pup. Koa is a cattle dog mix, who is two years old. In his foster home, he is mostly confident, although he can still get spooked by sudden movements and loud noises. He loves to play constantly with other dogs. He can be too much for small dogs, but he does well with confident, developed younger dogs. Koa would do best in a country or rural area that is quiet without too much stimulation. Unfortunately, outside of the home, he is insecure. We are seeking a home or foster who is experienced in helping a very shy and anxious dog come out of his shell and has the patience and time to work with him on building his confidence. Koa has become very affectionate with his foster mom, and he has been good with all the dogs that have come through his foster home. He is crate trained and good in the house. Paya is a very lovable dog who can never get enough love and attention! She is only too happy to lay beside you or on your feet while you're working. She is also very food and praise motivated and a very quick learner for new commands or behaviors. She can both have an endless amount of energy to run around outside, but also spend days inside calmly when the weather outside is horrible. She interacts well with small, medium, and large dogs as she can be gentle with the small dogs but fully willing to tumble with the big dogs (and has the energy and speed to play chase with them). Her favorite activity with other dogs is to chase/be chased. She loves fetching balls. Her favorite activity is for us to separate a distance apart and call her back and forth. She is the most perfect-for-us dog we could have ever hoped for, and that is truly the reason we pushed so hard to try to keep her this past year and a half despite discovering we have strong allergies to her. **Free with home check**
