I am in a foster home and not at the shelter. If you are interested in adopting, submit an adoption questionnaire by email. Learn more hereAt just 9 months old and 37 pounds, Carmine is a great mix of playful pup and gentle soul. He may be a little shy at first, but once he warms up, you’ll discover the sweetest, most loving buddy who’s always ready to snuggle, play, or learn a new trick (he’s already mastered “sit” and “paw” in just a couple days!). Carmine is crate-trained, sleeps peacefully through the night, and has no problem hanging out solo for a few hours if needed—he’s cool, calm, and collected when it counts. He’s had a bit of a journey and is still building his confidence, so he’d thrive in a home that can offer patience, positive reinforcement, and lots of love. I am in a foster home and not at the shelter. If you are interested in adopting, submit an adoption questionnaire by email. Learn more hereMeet Paloma, the one-of-a-kind deaf pup who is sure to steal your heart with her stunning blue eyes and unique combination of 5 different breeds (Australian Cattle Dog, GSG and Husky to name the main ones), as shown in her DNA test results. This girl is full of confidence and is a quick learner. She loves going for car rides and gets excited as soon as she sees her harness. Paloma is a social butterfly who adores meeting new people and soaking up all the love and attention. Paloma is already a pro at crate training and potty training and is a bundle of joy with a tail that never stops wagging. She is currently mastering leash skills and enjoys going on pack walks in a quiet neighborhood, where she can show off her playful side. Paloma loves her dog foster siblings and even though she's surrounded by four giant Northern breeds that are over 80 pounds, she is adapting well and learning how to communicate with them. Paloma is in search of a forever home with at least one other playful dog, where she can continue to grow and thrive. She will do best in a quiet area where she's got a yard to romp in, as busy places can be overwhelming for her. As a high-energy, intelligent working breed mix, Paloma requires regular exercise and mental stimulation. She is 3 years old and weighs 47 pounds. If you're looking for a special companion that will bring love and excitement to your life, Paloma is the one for you! Follow Paloma's foster journey with @the_skyline_pack on Instagram. Story
I’m moving away and can’t afford to keep him with me. He is currently 4 years old. Looking for a family home. MooMoo prefers quieter environments as we currently live in a busier urban area. He can becomes activated when other dogs bark or rough play. He can get along with gentle, less active dogs but would be best if he was the only pet. He prefers to be on your lap and get lots of cuddles. He likes to sniff every patch of grass on our walks and does not pull on the leash (in fact, I end up stopping for him quite often). He is housetrained, potty trained, and crate trained (if rehomed, he needs some time to adjust and learn his environment). He knows some commands: sit, down, spin, paw, stay. He will come with his current food, medications, (a bunch of) toys, crate, dog bowls, etc.

Story
Indie is around 9 years old. We adopted her in 2019 from a Blue Heeler rescue when she was found on the street. She’s tall and skinny for a cattle dog - her genetic tests show both of her parents were cattle dogs, and maybe a set of grandparents were Australian shepherds. The rest is supermutt. Her tail appears to be naturally short. She’s super smart and trainable. She knows sit, down, come, wait, crate, drop, and toy. She is crate trained and house broken. After I became pregnant, she became very protective and sometimes aggressive. She barks at doorbells, knocks, and cars in the driveway. She will jump on visitors even if she knows them, and has nipped (sometimes painfully) at legs and behinds when they get too close to me or the house. I haven’t yet had success retraining her to reduce reactivity. She can also be aggressive with smaller dogs. It usually starts playfully, but can go too far. She would do best in a house without other dogs or kids.

Story
Koda is about 4.5 mo old. We have had him about 2 months. He is a sweet and playful guy. He has already learned sit, stay, and come. We are working on completing house training (accidents are rare, but requires vigilance), and on not jumping on people or furniture. He is fully crate trained and sleeps all night. He is friendly to strangers and other dogs. As he’s still a puppy, he needs support to curb his herding instincts, and he is not careful with small children. He needs lots of chew toys, and redirection if he’s using his mouth or teeth on the wrong things. He wants to cuddle and stay close most of the time. He’s highly food motivated!
