Banks is a high energy, lovable, 3-legged Border Heeler. He loves people, other dogs, and he LOVES balls. He is an expert at catch, loves to run, and loves to cuddle with his humans. When Banks was 2 years old, he lost one of his rear legs to an accident. However, it did not slow him down or dampen his spirits. All of these amazing qualities also make it extremely hard for him to live in our family home with our young child. We are now expecting our second child, and we cannot keep up with Banks' needs. We want to find him a forever home where he can get plenty of exercise and be happy and cared for properly. Here are some elements to a great forever home for Banks: - No young children - Access to a large outdoor space (maybe a farm?!) - A dedicated adult(s) that can maintain his training and exercise (no adults with traditional jobs where Banks would have extended time alone) - Someone with experience with Border Heelers or other working dogs - An experienced dog trainer

She LOVES running and chasing sticks, the bigger the better!!l She is super confident, a bit bossy, and selective about the company she keeps. Lily isn't a social butterfly, she would love a home with a couple active adults who don't have a ton of social activity in the home. She will protect, and maybe get possessive if allowed, so best to keep some boundaries with her! Smart, athletic girl who needs dog savvy folks with a yard and time to provide lots of love, play time (big sticks!) and ongoing training and stimulation. Dinah is a beautiful 3 year old cattle dog girl. She is shy at first and takes some time to adjust. Once she feels comfortable she loves to give hugs and be by her person. She can be a little nippy at times, which is typical of the cattle dog breed given what they are bred for. Dinah is great at playing fetch and will drop the ball at your feet. She would love a family who could play ball with her! She would be better with dog savvy kids because of this or good in an adult only home. Tony is a sweet, handsome, goofy, and energetic lovebug! He wants nothing more than to play with his people and other dogs. He seems completely unbothered by the loss of one of his front legs, this boy is ready for action and love! Tony has been a longterm resident, coming to Milo in February of 2025, injured, alone and afraid. He was quickly given the care that he needed, receiving a pricey leg amputation to diminish his paid. Despite the traumas that Tony went through, that we will never know and can probably never imaging, Tony keeps his tail held high not giving up on finding his fuever family. Tony sees every person and dog as a friend and potential playmate. He has learned how to navigate the world with his new body and to walk on a leash with good manners, he is getting really good at "sit". He is also quickly learning that his crate is a happy place and does very well once inside and loves a good chewy toy or treat. Tony would be best in a home with a person/people who will nurture him with lots of love, exercise and continued training; he so badly wants to show that he's the goodest three-legged boy ever!
