Story
Cats like me are really sweet with people when we feel at home, especially when we know them well. In new places, we tend to need a little time to figure out the coast is clear. Once I feel at home, I will be your bosom buddy. We usually are not the best in busy households, but we tend to like the company of other cats, and make really good snuggle buddies because one of the safest places we know is with our people! Cats like me are usually a good fit for people who do not have the typical 9-5 lifestyle. We enjoy people but also spend time hanging out in a sunny spot for a nap, watching birds through a window, or playing with a dust bunny we found who-knows-where. When you are home, that is cool and we are totally open for hanging out together. I may not be the best match for families that want a super-interactive pet, but I would likely appreciate the company of another like-minded pet in the home. Story
Nala is a female, approximately 9 year old Norwegian Forest mix that has been with one family. She can be inside or outside, but prefers to stay close to her person. She’s affectionate, charming, loyal and cuddly. She does well with humans of all ages and both dogs and cats. Litter box trained and adapts easily to new places and situations. Her current family is relocating but loves her dearly and knows she’ll be much better in a new home than where they’re headed.

Good with kids, Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, House-trained,
Story
Suki is a lynx point (half tabby half Siamese) and she has so many beautiful sides to her. She is sweet and affectionate, but also very energetic and rambunctious at times. She loves to sleep just as much she loves to play. She has only ever lived with a single mom and teenage daughter, so I think a similar situation would be good for her or a single female. She has a natural tendency for deep bonding and it shows. If you are looking for a cat you can have a special bond with, I know Suki would love that and I would too. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to make this very hard decision to rehome her, but I am using AdoptApet because I don’t want to just give her to anyone. I want her to go to a home where she will be deeply loved and cherished. If that sounds like you, please share your interest. I would love to know a little bit about you as well! xx
