And well, the puppies have been had and now we're all ready to find our forever homes! Think I might be your perfect match? Fill out an application so we can blow this popsicle stand and get this show on the road.

Story
💗 Meet Macey – Professional Snuggler, Toy Collector & Heart Thief 💗 Macey isn’t just a dog—she’s a one-woman comedy show wrapped in shiny brown fur. With her pocket-pit size, big smile, and low-shed coat (plus zero complaints at bath time), she’s as easy to love as she is to care for. This girl is the full package. Macey’s hobbies include: -Sunbathing like royalty in the backyard ☀️ -Perfecting her grass-rolling (and dirt-rolling… and just rolling in general) -Sprawling dramatically over air vents like it’s her personal spa -Showing off her very important toy collection At home, Macey is a wonderful roommate: she’s crate-trained, potty-trained, car-friendly, and listens when told “no.” She isn’t super high-energy, but she’d love a fenced-in yard where she can safely stretch, sunbathe, and zoom around before flopping down for a nap. She’d be happiest as a solo dog or with one companion who understands her “queen of the castle” tendencies. She likes to keep her circle small. Other dogs don’t impress her much, but squirrels and frogs? Whole different story. 😉 ✨ Macey is the perfect mix of couch potato and goofball. The more you get to know her, the more her personality shines—and once she flashes that big pittie smile, you’ll wonder how anyone could pass up on her!

Story
Akela is a lovable, big teddy bear of a dog, with a heart as massive as his blocky head. He may look huge in photos, but he is actually just a short & stocky boy, barely knee-high. This handsome hunk lives for snuggles and attention - if you’re petting him, you’re his favorite person. Ear scratches, tummy rubs, bear hugs, kisses - he’ll take whatever kind of affection you’re willing to give. Akela’s top love languages are definitely words of affirmation and physical touch. Akela is the perfect low maintenance dog for anyone who works long hours or anyone who is just looking for a cuddle buddy, rather than a running buddy. He is perfectly crate trained and has no problem snoozing the day away while you’re at work. After a long day of being in his crate, he loves to go on a sniffy walk around the neighborhood before eating his dinner and promptly falling back asleep. Akela enjoys sunbathing in the backyard as well as relaxing with his favorite people on the couch. He will contentedly lay by your feet and chew his favorite bone, no matter what you’re up to. Akela prefers to explore nature quietly, rather than hanging out in busy, crowded public places. When it comes to canine companions, Akela appreciates other respectful, low to medium energy dogs that know when it's time to play and when it's time to relax together. He is very good at matching the play style of the other dog he is with. While we know he would flourish in a home with or without other dogs, we do think he would do best in a home with no cats, as he loves to chase them a little too much. Akela is wonderful with children and loves humans of all ages. He is especially patient with small children who like to be very hands-on with their doggie friends. Also, he is a perfect gentleman in the car and just looks out the front window as you drive and enjoys the scenery. Another perk to adopting Akela is that he is 100% house trained, so you won’t have to worry about any potty training with him. If you’re looking for a big cuddly boy with lots of love to give, please apply to adopt Akela today!
