Story
Meet Honey!! She is an AWESOME 10 month old love bug!! We adopted her from the shelter during the holidays as she was not saved by a lab rescue and was terrified there. We have two older beagles and she plays well with them. She’s played with a younger pit bull and beagle and had a blast! She’s submissive, gentle & just wants to fit in with the pack. She LOVES to play and would do well in a home with other dogs with the same energy, but would also do great as an only girl with lots of love. She walks in the morning and is great to get out her energy, but after that she’s pretty chill and just wants to be with people. She’s gentle with everyone and toddlers also. We have two cats and the cats are more bothered by her than she is of them. She is curious and smells them, and would love to play, but they quickly let her know they’re not interested and she goes off on her way and avoids them. We are looking for the PERFECT forever home for her. Shes a very special girl. 🥰

Story
Nala's a sweet and affectionate 3-year-old Plott Hound/Pitt mix ( Weighing ~50 lbs) with a stunning brindle coat & a heart full of love. Nala's searching for a new home after being hit by a car & medically surrendered. As a result of her injuries, her front leg was amputated but Nala doesn't let that slow her down one bit. She loves being outside and will happily run, play, & explore whenever she gets the chance. When playtime is over, Nala all about cuddles. She loves curling up beside her foster family, soaking up attention, & enjoying plenty of belly rubs. She bonds deeply with her people & would do best as the only animal in the household, as she prefers to have all the love & attention to herself. Nala is fully up to date on all vaccinations & ready to meet her her forever family. If you're looking for a loyal, resilient companion who will shower you with affection & enjoy outdoor adventures by your side, Nala might just be the perfect match. 💕 Located in Raleigh, NC

Story
My name is Riley, and I’ve been with my owner for four wonderful years. I’m well-trained and rarely bark, making me a very friendly and lovable companion. I’m house-trained and have never chewed anything except a few pieces of paper here and there, just to get some attention. I don’t dig in the yard, but I do enjoy laying on the deck and watching what’s happening in the neighborhood. I love to be around people. Very gentle around people.

Story
Teak is a fantastic dog. He’s energetic, great with other dogs, and has such a playful demeanor. He is easy to train and can sit, wait, and is kennel trained. My wife and I work a lot and he’s just not living a life we feel good about currently. We want him to be adopted by a home that has lots of time to spend with him. A fenced in yard would be preferable as he has lots of energy

Story
Meet PEQUE Peque is a 6-month-old pup who’s as clever as she is cute! She’s food-motivated, eager to learn, and already mastering crate, leash, and potty training. Peque is spending some time with our trainer to learn new and exciting skills, like off leash walking. Peque absolutely loves to run, play, and splash around outside, especially with other dogs—she’s a social butterfly once she warms up! She may be a little reserved and can be protective at first in new situations, but with a gentle approach and a few treats, she quickly becomes your best friend. She’s also a big fan of belly rubs, snuggles, and cozy time with her foster human. Peque is spayed, fully vaccinated, and ready to find a forever home that will continue to help her grow in confidence and joy. Peque is not a fan of small children and their unpredictable movements so she would do best in a no-child home or a home with grown children. If you would like to meet Peque, please complete the adoption application on our website at www.usdogcoalition.org/adoptions.
