The first word that comes to mind when you see me is regal, being poised in my stature, walk and behavior, but you might catch me playfully hopping with my dog buddies.When we first meet I need a moment to stand back to check you out just to determine if you're friend or foe, but don't worry...I'm a love bug after I've made my decision and see that you are worthy. I get along great with the dogs in my foster house, and I am great with kids. (Sorry, I don't like cats though.) I prefer not to bark (even when others are) as I am too well-mannered, but I have a wonderful deep bark if needed. I already know how to use a doggy door and am completely trained to do my business outside. Unlike some of my herding friends, I'm not hyperactive. I do need room and time to exercise (wait till you see how good I am on a leash!) but I also enjoy a nice nap at your side. I might nudge you with my nose if I feel you're ignoring me, but you'll think it's super cute. Hi, My name is Bella Luna or Bell for short! I am considered a 'senior' but I have so much life left! When you pet me I love to go through your legs for fun!!! One of my favorite games is to play tug of war and I love to win, hint, hint. Here is what is known of my story. Apparently I was a stray. My foot got caught in a trap which was so scary and painful. Luckily someone found me and I got a wonderful rescue to help me heal and am now looking for a terrific home. Sometimes, when I am home alone I do mess with my back leg too much which can cause a sore. My current foster mom has been working with me the past few weeks and I've improved so much!! I really want a family who will be home most of the time to help me get over my past trauma! I promise you will love me so much! I am potty trained and use a doggy door in my current foster home. As a senior, if there isn't a doggy door, I need to be let out every few hours or I might have an accident (No fault of my own).
