Zack is a 65lb 9-month-old Aussie Mix. He is very friendly to everyone. He is super playful & energetic. Zack loves to go for long walks, hikes and play with tennis balls. Zack would do best in home with lots of space for him to run and a family that has time to play with him and take him on family outings and long walks. A home with another playful and energetic dog would also be great. He can be cat tested upon request. If you are not located near our rescue or if the drive is a problem for you, please still apply, as we bring animals out to as far as San Diego in order for bring them to their forever homes. This sweet girl is Cher. She is a 2 year old Australian Shepherd mix. Cher is very loving and enjoys making new friends. She loves to be around other dogs and would enjoy sharing her forever home with a furry friend. Cher also enjoys meeting people. You may think that she's a bit shy when you first meet her but once she gets to know you she becomes a very outgoing dog. Cher is medium energy and enjoys gong on a good walk. Picasso is a super sweet 3-year-old pure tricolor Australian Shepard who we rescued 2 years ago. He is trained in all basic commands and loves to chase/herd balls and play tug-o-war. He is very protective of my youngest daughter, which has led to the need to re-home him after biting incidents: a gardener who entered the yard unannounced and got too close to my daughter (animal control ruled dog not at fault), myself, when I raised my voice to circumvent my youngest from breaking a mirror, and her older sister when she acted threatening to her. He went to aggression training at South Bay K-9 to learn additional commands and subdue his aggression, but obviously his innate feelings to protect my youngest daughter persists. For example, he vocalizes when we hug and he tries to block my entrance to her room. If it were me alone, I would keep him, but, as much as it is heart wrenching, he would do best with a single dominant adult.

Beau is a well-behaved dog. He's a puller. He is full of energy and needs a home with more space and time than I am able to provide him so that he can have an outlet for his energy. He loves water. He is crate trained, potty trained, he knows several cues. He has never destroyed furniture or home interiors, just his odd stuffed toy. He has gone through training. He does get excited when guests come over, but settles down shortly and gladly want pets and belly scratches from everyone, adults and kids. I work long hours and will be starting a new position which will cause me to work longer hours and in addition to the lack of space, he deserves someone who would be able to devote more time than I am able to give him. I am hoping to find him a home who will fit his space needs, as well as someone who would be able to spend the time with him during the day and help him live his best life. I will provide his bed, blanket, toys and crate to ease rehoming.
