Story
Cruz was a typical foster fail. I got him when I was in a previous relationship and because of some of his special needs I had to take full custody when I left. Since then I have been doing my best take care of him in a small apartment. I have since found a new partner and got married and we are in the process of having kids. Which is the reason we need to find him a loving home. Cruz is a sweetheart of a dog, very calm and stoic and eyes that will melt your heart. He is around 8-9 years old. We think he was living a pretty tough life for about 4-5 of those years because of his PTSD. Cruz is deathly afraid of loud noises, loud cars and trucks and even will try and attack them on occasion. Unfortunately he is not dog or cat friendly but good with kids. His perfect day is sunbathing and chasing squirrels in a large backyard and loves a comfy couch or bed to sleep in at night. He is very obedient a listens to basic commands. Cruz is a great dog that deserves a great home.

Ozzy is young and full of energy. She’s a wonderful dog but we have a young daughter and Ozzy doesn’t know how to contain her excitement/ energy. She is crate trained but as of recently we have taken her out of it and she’s been having accidents during the night (peeing and chewing).

Story
Sonnet is a sweet Australian Shepherd, about forty pounds, fixed, fully vaccinated, and housebroken. He is a quiet dog who has only barked once, and that was when a stranger tried to enter our alley. He is wonderful with kids, loving with people, peaceful with cats, and excellent with other dogs. He is playful, friendly, naturally submissive and never mounts other dogs. Sonnet has had focused training. He knows many commands and is trained to recognize sadness and stress. When he senses distress, he rests his head on your leg or chest to comfort you. This is one of his strongest skills and something he does with real gentleness. He does well in public places. He enjoys playtime but settles quickly when you say play is finished. He walks calmly on a leash, has very reliable recall, and can be off leash without worry. He tolerates grooming, teeth brushing, baths, and the hair dryer with ease. He loves the ocean and handles long car rides well. He will come with his bed, his car bed, toys, treats, and essentials. Sonnet is a wonderful dog and this decision has been difficult. His needs no longer match my current life, and I want him to have a home where he can grow, be understood, and feel supported. This choice comes from care. He deserves a person or family who can meet his energy and give him the life he is ready for.

Story
Izzy Pop is a 3 year old, friendly, silly, affectionate, and VERY smart and well trained Australian shepherd mix/husky mix. Izzy has an interesting story. She was left in the care of a pet sitter when her owner failed to return for her. No reason was ever given for her abandonment. Izzy has been legally relinquished and she is now in search of a better home. Housebroken, good with other dogs, good with children. Izzy also met several cats as was not reactive. She is incredibly smart and eager to please. If you are interested in Izzy Pop, please contact me directly at: paula@pedropetpals.com. Story
Meet Sangria , the sweetest boy with a heart full of love and eyes full of soul. Sangria’s story began in May 2024, when we rescued his mom and six newborn siblings just days after they were born. At 8 weeks old, Sangria was adopted, and we were so excited for his future. Sadly, that joy turned to heartbreak in June 2025 when he was returned to us after experiencing four seizures, none of which were treated by his adopters. Despite our hopes, he had been medically neglected. Back in our care, Sangria finally received the veterinary attention he deserved. He was diagnosed with epilepsy and started on medication right away. True to his resilient spirit, Sangria hasn’t let his diagnosis dim his light. He’s a happy-go-lucky, playful boy who charms everyone he meets, people and dogs alike. Sangria is cuddly, curious, fun-loving, and incredibly affectionate. He also lives peacefully with two cats, proving he’s an all-around good boy. Sangria will thrive in a home with adopters who are committed to his ongoing health and willing to continue working with his neurologist to manage his seizures. He’d love a playful dog sibling but would also do great as a solo pup, as long as he has plenty of social time with other dogs. If Sangria sounds like the perfect match for your family, please complete an adoption application. He’s ready to bring love, laughter, and lots of tail wags into your life.‍ Questions can be emailed to Danelle@roversretreat.org Sangria's adoption fee is $600

Story
✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to LAX💟 Meet Gucci❤️ 💙 Name: Gucci 💙 Gender: Female 💙 Age: Estimated 4 years old (Born in April 2021) 💙 Weight: 10 kg / 22.2 lb 💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_ 1⃣ Health Condition * Spayed. * Microchipped, and heartworm negative. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Adogs got an emergency call from “Happy Dogs Home” for an urgent rescue. An elderly owner who had been caring for many dogs alone had to be hospitalized for hospice care, so the dogs were suddenly left without a caretaker. It had rained the day before, so Adogs was worried about their health. The director of Adogs personally went to Yongin and rescued Gucci, who had just given birth, along with her puppies. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Tends to be shy, and avoids and hides from people when nervous. Though she still feels uncomfortable, she does accept pets even from strangers if they touch her slowly. Is docile and accepts being touched once she becomes familiar with you. You should wait for her to build up trust. * With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs, even new ones. Will even approach first and play with canine friends that she likes. Has no issues with living with other dogs and is very sociable. * With Cats: When encountering cats at our center, she shows aggression so caution is needed. * Separation Anxiety: Not confirmed since she lives in a group setting at our center. * Potty Training: Currently only goes potty outside at our center. * Hygiene: Is scared of being touched at first and may try to run away. However, once she calms down, she’s okay with brushing and nail trimming. It's also possible to give her a bath or dry her if you soothe her through it. * Walk: Is timid and doesn't walk ahead. Rather, she tends to follow from behind without pulling the leash. Doesn’t get excited when she sees other animals like dogs, cats, or birds. Sometimes tries to bolt to get away from people during walks, so using a double leash is a must! * Likes: Likes other dog friends and enjoys spending time with them. * Dislikes: Is scared when people suddenly try to touch her, or if they make large movements.
