She is an estimated 12 year old Australian Shepherd mix with a white and brindle coat. She is not yet spayed and will probably need to be released on a medical waiver due to her health conditions; we recommend you inquire further with the care center staff. We are looking for a rescue to take on this true sweetheart. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 -Lola is a senior 12 year old female Australian Shepherd mix -estimated 52 pounds -very sweet disposition -low energy level -medical issues and, as such, are praying for a rescue -arrived at Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 05-14-25 -please share Lola!! Berri is such an ez gal. She was rescued from Kern County Animal Services a few months ago. She has settled in great. Berri would do best in a quieter adult household, but active for walks and hikes. She is the cutest girl, her lip gets stuck on her tooth and even her tongue hangs out sideways as a treat. She is loving and very house respectful. Berri weighs 50 pounds and is about 5 years old. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An application, adoption fee and contract are required. This is Louie. He is such a wonderful boy. I was alerted to his situation which was he was ready to be be killed at SEAACA shelter in Downey... just because. Louie has decompressed and is doing so great at his foster home. He loves the outdoors... loves his walks. Great on a leash. He is potty trained and will let you know when he has to go. Loves mental stimulation and learning new games. Louie is also crate trained. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. Beautiful Maggie was rescued from Kern County Animal Services with her one puppy Otis who has been adopted. We got them on last call. They were both headed for the euthanasia room. Maggie is doing wonderful. She is a lay on her back for belly rubs kind of gal. She loves to have a dog pal by her side, but could also be an only dog. She is super ez going and loving and would make a terrific addition to any family. She is 2.5 years old and weighs 45 pounds. This sweet girl is charmingly vocal in her kennel - she simply has lots of thoughts to share and is eager for someone to listen! When our volunteers stopped by, Bonnie sat so politely at the front of her kennel, quick to settle and more than happy to soak up every bit of love and attention. She’s joyful, bright, and bouncy, with a huge, happy grin that will absolutely steal your heart. Whether as a playful little sister to another pup you may already have, or the solo queen of your castle, Bonnie would make a wonderful addition to so many homes. Come meet this radiant girl and let her light up your life today! -3 year old white and black Border Collie mix -42 pound female -up-to-date on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today! However, Bonnie was a stray and has a few itchies that are still healing, and she may have been exposed to a doggy cold at the shelter - fortunately, these are mild issues and she is already being treated, so they should resolve quickly! She also needs a spay, which will keep her safe and healthy as she ages - she should be your baby, not having babies!
