Zack is a 65lb 9-month-old Aussie Mix. He is very friendly to everyone. He is super playful & energetic. Zack loves to go for long walks, hikes and play with tennis balls. Zack would do best in home with lots of space for him to run and a family that has time to play with him and take him on family outings and long walks. A home with another playful and energetic dog would also be great. He can be cat tested upon request. If you are not located near our rescue or if the drive is a problem for you, please still apply, as we bring animals out to as far as San Diego in order for bring them to their forever homes. This sweet girl is Cher. She is a 2 year old Australian Shepherd mix. Cher is very loving and enjoys making new friends. She loves to be around other dogs and would enjoy sharing her forever home with a furry friend. Cher also enjoys meeting people. You may think that she's a bit shy when you first meet her but once she gets to know you she becomes a very outgoing dog. Cher is medium energy and enjoys gong on a good walk. She does great on a leash and thinks its great fun to run around the play yard. This girl would be a wonderful addition to any family. Apply to meet Cher today! Story

Beau is a well-behaved dog. He's a puller. He is full of energy and needs a home with more space and time than I am able to provide him so that he can have an outlet for his energy. He loves water. He is crate trained, potty trained, he knows several cues. He has never destroyed furniture or home interiors, just his odd stuffed toy. He has gone through training. He does get excited when guests come over, but settles down shortly and gladly want pets and belly scratches from everyone, adults and kids. I work long hours and will be starting a new position which will cause me to work longer hours and in addition to the lack of space, he deserves someone who would be able to devote more time than I am able to give him. I am hoping to find him a home who will fit his space needs, as well as someone who would be able to spend the time with him during the day and help him live his best life. I will provide his bed, blanket, toys and crate to ease rehoming.

Story

I got Max when he was a 5 month old pup. He seemed a bit shy at first, but warmed up to us after some treats. After bringing him home, I noticed within a week that he did not take kindly to strangers. He would need to warm up to everyone he meets, and would fearfully bite any stranger trying to pet him. Fast forward to today, he is now a 14-month-old beautiful looking dog. He is very smart and energetic, and responds well to his commands (sit, stay, come) and is protective and loving to his family, but his fear aggression toward strangers is still very present. He has bitten a couple people and I am fearful of him biting more. One thing to note, however, is that he LOVES other dogs and can play with them all day. Unfortunately, he just has this biting problem that I can't seem to control, and it lowers my confidence as his owner. As much as I love Max, I decided it is best to rehome him to someone who can give him what he needs.
