Story
Meet Cash — a sweet, gentle boy who’s finally getting the chance he always deserved. Cash’s story is one of resilience and second chances. Rescued from a backyard breeder in Tennessee, he spent much of his early life confined outdoors in a tiny cage. Thankfully, someone stepped in, purchased him to get him to safety, and brought him to a shelter — a single act of kindness that changed everything for this sweet boy. Because of his past, the world is still a big, new place to Cash. But what truly stands out is his gentle, loving nature. He is incredibly kind, friendly with kids, and gets along well with other dogs. He has even been around cats and, with a proper and patient introduction, would likely do well sharing his home with a feline friend. Cash is a high-energy boy with puppy-like behavior who will thrive in an active home ready to help him continue learning and building confidence. He would do best with a family where someone is home most of the time, as he loves companionship and is happiest when he’s near his people. Ongoing guidance, playtime, and structure will help him blossom into the amazing companion he’s meant to be. He is mostly housetrained and will go to the door when he needs to go out. He is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped — all he needs now is a loving home to call his own. Are you ready to show Cash what “home” is supposed to feel like?
