Chip is one of the most loving and affectionate guys out there. He loves to cuddle and of course loves belly rubs. Chip is 12 years old but he is still very young at heart. Chip was acquired from a pet store who got him from a very good breeder up north. Unfortunately he is unable to stay where I currently have to reside so I am looking for a living forever home for him. He is such a good boy and deserves the best.

Bella is an almost 5yr old friendly beagle. She loves to go on walks, play, and sniff everything. She is very quiet for her breed and almost never barks. Unfortunately, she has severe separation anxiety and will howl until she is no longer alone. I would love to find a new home and family where Bella no longer has to be left alone for extended periods and can be loved properly.

Everybody meet Bunnie!! This little sweetie is up for adoption and is super loving. She loves people and other dogs. She keeps her kennel really clean so we think she will be easy to housetrain. Bunnie has mid level energy and is around 40 pounds. We just don't know why she has been overlooked for so long! Hello Humans! My name is BJ, and I am a very overweight Beagle mix, about 6.5 years old, weighing 74 pounds when I should weigh about 35-40. I was having a good life in San Antonio, Texas, with my owner and my senior doggy housemate, Poppy, but unfortunately, our owner passed away. We moved in with relatives until a rescue could be found, and we are now in a foster home for 4 Little Paws Rescue, and are looking for forever homes. I am a VERY sweet and friendly boy who was being WAY over-fed by home-help aides while my owner was in hospice. I hear that I basically look like a big Twinkie on legs, but I have not lost my ability or willingness to go for walks on a leash. I just need to take some resting breaks along the way, but my enthusiasm is palpable. While at home with nothing to do and bored, I am a total couch potato. I enjoy a bit of playtime with Poppy, and she’s quite the trooper, weighing in at only 17 lbs. Otherwise, I am friendly with other dogs, but not playful with them, and I truly don't care for the “in-your-face” type of dog. I would be best either by myself or with another calm senior dog or lazy dog housemate. I am very affectionate, loving pets and sharing kisses, and I am a very well-behaved boy. I never bark, and I am fully housebroken. I think it's a given that I love doggy treats, but I’m not too interested in doggy toys. I am hoping for a healthier life with someone interested in helping me turn things around, go for more walks, eat healthier snacks, or no snacks at all, so I can have more energy and a more handsome physique than resembling a Twinkie, LOL! * 4 Little Paws is based in CT. Lola is a 5 month old beagle mix who’s about 25 pounds of sweetness. She came from a shelter in South Carolina and has been nothing but loving since she arrived. She gives the softest kisses and enjoys being close. She gets along well with other dogs and has an easygoing way about her.
