What’s your favorite cheese on the charcuterie board? Is it Bri? Ours, too!
Meet Bri, the absolute sweetheart ready to be your newest bestie. Bri is a precious Beagle mix who was rescued from Swainsboro, Georgia and is so happy to have a second chance at a wonderful life thanks to Home for Good Dog Rescue. Bri is 2 years old and fully grown at 27 pounds. Her precious tan and black Beagle markings are accompanied by a white body covered in the cutest freckles.
Bri is a very submissive, sweet dog. She loves being around other dogs and people and does great with cats. She likes to pay, but she is mostly just a laid-back girly who wants to people watch from the window. Along with other dogs, Bri loves to play with kids and would be perfect for a family with children.
This sweet angel of a girl gets the zoomies and bouncies when her friends are around, but she is also quite content to curl up and watch TV, enjoy family movie nights, and join you and your friends for book club. You bring the drinks; she will bring the cheese! Take a chance on this sweet girl, and we promise you will won’t Bri-lieve how lucky you are to have this girl in your life!
Bri is spayed, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped.
Given the conditions Bri originated from, upon rescue, she tested positive for Heartworm disease. Thanks to Home for Good Dog Rescue, Bri has completed her Heartworm treatment.
*Heartworm disease is a serious and if left untreated, fatal disease. It is caused by foot-long worms (heartworms) that live in the heart, lungs, and associated blood vessels of affected animals, causing severe lung disease, heart failure, and damage to other organs in the body. Mosquitoes are carriers of heartworms and have the ability to infect dogs all year round, especially in the Southeastern portion of the United States and during the summer months.*

HFG Dog Rescue is a 100 percent foster-based rescue located in Berkeley Heights, NJ with a sister location, The Almost Home Wellness Center, in Aiken, SC. All of our dogs are rescued from kill shelters in SC + GA and once ready for adoption live in loving local NJ foster homes until they find forever families of their own. Our fosters begin basic training, housebreaking, and leash-walking skills to help pair you with the perfect pup for life!
