Story
Nelson is an adorable16 week old Border Collie puppy looking for a home. Those ears though!!❤️ He is very social with people and other dogs, and is so very smart, a true characteristic of his breed. He learns quickly and is fun to train. He is crate trained, doing fantastic on housebreaking, and walks nicely on a leash. He entertains himself by throwing his treats and toys in the air and trying to catch them, he’s so cute! Nelson is vaccinated, has been treated for internal and external parasites, and the Rescue will pay for his neuter and microchip when he comes of age. Nelson is being fostered in Waukesha County, and an Adoption fee applies. If interested in little Nelson and his ears, fill out an application for him at Tiny Paws Small Dog Rescue out of Union Grove, Wi. Story
Meet Gorilla Gorilla and his siblings have had quite a journey already, and now they are ready for their next big adventure: finding loving foster homes and forever families. Their Story Their mama belonged to a homeless woman in Kentucky who loved her very much. When mama unexpectedly got pregnant, her owner knew she could not give the babies the medical attention and resources they needed to thrive. Out of pure love and a desire to give them their absolute best chance at a happy, healthy life, she reached out to a local rescue for help. That rescue connected with us, and we jumped at the chance to welcome these tiny travelers into our care. The Details Expected Size: Medium to large. Mom is around 45 lbs, and while dad we suspect was border collie, we expect these pups to grow into similar medium-to-large companions.Personality: Classic puppy energyequal parts playfulness, curiosity, and sweet snuggle sessions. Adoption Details An adoption fee of $550fully covers his essential medical start, including current vaccines, with future boosters provided by one of our rescue volunteers, as well as future alteration surgery and rabies vaccination at one of our partner veterinary clinics. Alternatively, we offer a $100 reimbursement if you prefer to use your own primary veterinarian for alteration surgery. Story
Lady's whole world came crashing down when her owner died and the girlfriend was going to "take her out back". She spent 5 years being loyal and loving her owner only to be tossed away. Her world got a little worse when she was uprooted and brought to us only to find out during her exam that she was heartworm positive. Heartworm is not a death sentence and it's not contagious. It is however life-threatening if not treated. She is currently undergoing the start of treatment which is covered 100% by The Charlie Project. What we're hoping you can cover... Lady needs a foster or foster to adopt that's a quiet environment while she recovers. She's not your typical Border Collie, Lady is extremely gentle and sweet. Very laid back, although she doesn't like loud noises. She will cower in the corner at the sound of the fly swatter. She's house broken and very submissive, she loves attention and seeks approval. She is housebroken and is great with other dogs. I don't think she would mind cats but she hasn't been tested. She is going through her Heartworm treatment in Lake Geneva WI so you would need to be available to take her to her following appointments to get her next injections in the next month Are you her next human? Or can you open your home and heart to a very sweet soul needing help? She's not spayed yet but will be when she has recovered from her treatments and that will also be covered by us. Please contact us if you would like to adopt of care for Lady during this difficult chapter in her life. Heartworm treatment isn't very fun. It's very painful and stressful on a sweet dog. For questions please email thecharlieprojectdogrescue@gmail.com For website information please go to thecharlieprojectdogrescue.com Her adoption fee is 500, if you decide to foster there's nothing required,we will supply her needs and you supply the love. Story
Sydney is a tri-colored 6-7 year old female miniature Aussie. She has been spayed and weighs 28 pounds. She still needs to be vetted. Sydney is housebroken, walks good on the leash, gets along well with cats and dogs. She has not been around kids that she knows of. Sydney is not crate trained and the owner does not allow her to sleep on the bed with her. She does not have a fenced in yard but is used to being tether in order to spend free time outdoors. The reason for the surrender is that the Mom found out her daughter that has a mental illness was living in her car with Sydney and rescued the dog. She is unable to care for the dog at this time. The dog is located in Antioch, IL. In search of a foster or furever home ASAP. Please reach out to Becky Daniels (571)641-7830 or becky.daniels512@gmail.com Adoption fee of $550 required.

Story
My name is Bandit but my foster mom calls him Nugget is 11 lbs.  I love to play also but I am also very happy just sitting on your lap or next to you and observe.  I love giving kisses. My brother's name is Smokey but my foster mom calls me Scout (the one with white on the back of my neck), I weigh 11 lbs and I am very investigative.   As you can see we are small but can hold our own even with the big dogs. Our father was Mini Australian Shepherd and mom was a Jack Russell Terrier. We love to go for walks on the leash in the neighborhood to explore. We are between 4 and 5 months old. Smokey/Scout: I love to play and check things out!  I give kisses when you catch me.  I can also be a little bit sneaky, so if there is a big enough hole I am brave and will slip right through there to explore! Check us out, we would love to find our forever home! We are located in Gurnee IL. We are up to date on our vetting plus neuter set for Oct 23rd. Adoption fee is $ 600.   each with discount if you are interested in both. If you are interested in adopting please go to tinypawssmalldogrescue.org and fill out an adoption application. If you have any questions please text at 262-496-3552 or call or email at tntranch.wojo11@gmail.com. Thank your for your interest in a rescue dog!

Story
Offering Foster to Adopt: ♡Sally♡ Born December 5, 2021 (she is 4 years old) Aussie Doodle (Australian Shepard, Standard Poodle mix) Weighs around 45 lbs. Seen at Kenosha Lake Shore Veterinary Clinic Housebroken, crate-trained ("find your bed"), leash-trained, very smart, super sweet, fun-loving and energetic dog. Sally sometimes lays in her crate, it mostly enjoys lounging around anywhere near you. She will love to cuddle in bed with you if you let her. Sally is great with dogs, excellent with kids of ALL ages including newborns and toddlers. She hasn't been around cats but I think she'd probably love any friends furry or not. Sally is not accustomed to a fenced in yard, but she is often taken out to go potty off leash if she is taught her limitations. She LOVES the outdoors where she can run and play, rain, snow, or sunshine! Sally likes being taught new tricks, playtime, cuddles, lots of attention! She likes walks, playing with kids and other furry friends, and being the center of attention. Sally does NOT like car rides, she gets car sick. She does not like being alone. She prefers to be your best companion and she is by far the sweetest girl you'll ever meet. Sally's ONLY fault is she loves to jump up on people and bark when she's excited. Located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. If interested in Sally, please complete Adoption Application and Foster Agreement at www.tinypawssmalldogrescue.org. Questions, please contact Vicki Lorenz at (262) 496-9324. ADOPTION FEE $550.
