Foster and forever homes needed for these handsome gentlemen. After a messy divorce and an out of state move, this father and son duo were left behind. We accepted them into our rescue to prevent them from going to the shelter. They are so incredibly loving and sweet. They love to cuddle and give kisses. Anyone who's had a Doxie knows how affectionate and smart they are. They have great personalities and get along well with everyone. The son has the white chest and is about 3 yrs old. The dad is about 5 yr old. We will take them to our vet for full exams, vaccinations, neuter and a microchip. *COURTESY POST* (TRIO will be at our adoption event on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Petco Crossroads, Crenshaw and Lomita Blvd, from 1200 to 300 pm. Come on down and meet this awesome little guy!) Meet Trio! Trio is a sweet boy, 4 years old, weighing about 11 lbs. Trio is a dachshund and chihuahua mix. At one time in Trio's life, he was attacked by a big dog and had to have his right rear leg amputated but that hasn't slowed him down one bit. He runs circles at high speed in the yard playing with the other foster dogs at his foster home. He does get along with other dogs. He loves walks and going for rides in the car.
