HI - I'M GABE! I'm a handsome 5-year-old blue-and-white Pit Bull Terrier in need of a home! I'm truly adorable, with my short legs and heart-shaped nose. I love people and love going on road trips, walks, and hikes. I also love the car and would make a great co-pilot. I could play ball all day long so be prepared! I'm not the greatest fan of most dogs, so would do best as the king of my castle with people who can dote on me. And I do fine with some cats but not others, so will probably do best in a home without any cats, too. I weigh about 60 lbs., and am currently in need of a foster or forever home. I had been impounded there as a stray, and had kennel mates while there. I'm a happy, playful girl, with always a smile to give. I do well walking side by side with other dogs, but in a home I get too jealous so would do best as an only dog. I'm great with people and kids, too! I love to snuggle! I weigh 55-60 lbs. HI - I'M CLYDE, and if you're looking for a big, loyal friend, that's me. I am a studly 4-year-old brindle Pit Bull Terrier with a huge head in need of a home. Despite my imposing look, I am a sweetheart in disguise once I'm in your inner circle. I especially love men - and I bond quickly and intensely to my person. I'd make a great, loyal companion. I'd do great with a single guy experienced with pits who wants to bond. Despite my look, I am very timid around other dogs. So what's my story? Well, I was dumped by my people -- and taken in by a rescue group so I wouldn't end up in the shelter system. I really would love a home where I'm loved and cherished and given all the affection I deserve. I will reward you 100-fold! I need an experienced owner only because I'm shy in the beginning, and I bond so strongly with my person. I also need a foster home if you aren't ready to adopt. Can you foster or adopt me? MEET EMBER & BAILEY! These shy male and female Redbone Coonhound mixes need a foster or forever home and someone wonderful to take them in. They can be scared of new people, though will be better once they get to know you. Bailey, a 7-1/2-year-old male, is bonded to Ember, a -4-1/2-year-old female, and they could be related. Bailey weighs 85 lbs., and Ember weighs about 63 lbs. They were saved from a shelter and became urgent because they were scared. Both of these dogs were likely stuck in a backyard and as such, became frightened of humans, who didn't treat them right. They have done well with other dogs. If you can open your home and heart to these beautiful but shy dogs, and are able to give them the time they need to adjust, please consider this pair. They are gentle dogs. Ember, the female, is more timid than Bailey, but both need time and patience. They are currently in California, and available to meet. Please email for an application.

MEET EDDIE! Eddie and his canine family of four were abandoned in a house after their person died. They almost starved but thankfully were rescued by a Good Samaritan. Then, a landlord told them they had to go, so Eddie and his family had to go to rescue. Eddie is extremely bonded to his mom, Maisie, and they need a home together. Eddie is shy in the beginning but warms up quickly. He's an active, 4-year-old dog and he loves to play. He weighs about 65 lbs. Please email for an application for this amazing pair.
