Available to foster or adopt!Breed: Pit Bull X DOB: 9/2021 Gender: male Altered: yes Coat: short Size: large Color(s): chocolate/white Description: ***Needs a Foster Home*** This dog is in need of a foster home as well as a permanent home. If you are interested in fostering please fill out an online foster application. Hi, I'm Aries, a very friendly Pit Bull X in need of a new home as I was left behind at a relative's house and they unfortunately can't keep me. I grew up with another dog and we constantly played together until we got bigger, then we started not getting along so much. It could be due to the fact we both weren't neutered. I'm an active big boy who loves playing fetch and cooling off in the kiddie pools they have a the kennel. I'm a lap dog if you'll let me and love giving and receiving affection. I'm good with older children, but it's unknown how I would do with younger ones. What I don't love is being left alone for long periods of time. I enjoy playing with other dogs and I do well in play groups at the kennel with other active dogs. I'm good on pack walks too. It's unknown how I would do with cats. I know some basic commands, but could use some work on leash training. I'm treat motivated so that will help with teaching me new things. I know my breed gets a bad rap, but I truly hope you'll come meet me and see what a great guy I am. Cause you know I'm a certified good boy when the vet just has to take a picture with you when you visit for a checkup! She said I was amazing! If you're interested in meeting me, please fill out an online application. December 15, 2024, 8:07 pm

Available to foster or adopt!Breed: Pit Bull X DOB: 4/2018 Gender: female Altered: yes Coat: medium Size: large Color(s): brown brindle/white Description: ***Needs a Foster Home*** This dog is in need of a foster home as well as a permanent home. If you are interested in fostering please fill out an online foster application. Hi, I'm Anubis, named after the Egyptian God, a beautiful Pit Bull X. I was lucky to be taken hiking by a CARL volunteer. I rode well in the car, walked great on leash and wasn't fazed by any of the people or animals I encountered during our hike. I think I'd make a great adventure buddy. I'm very sweet and social with people. I'm always happy to see a friendly face and to make new friends too. Volunteers say I am a good walker, I do not pull and love to sniff the walking route. I also love to go after lizards. I know commands of sit, paw, and lay down. I would love an active home where I can be your one and only. Please consider adopting me. If you're interested in meeting me, please fill out an online application to meet me.March 25, 2025, 11:35 am

Story
Breed: Pit Bull X DOB: 6/2015 Gender: male Altered: yes Coat: medium Size: large Color(s): tan/white Description: Hi, I'm Cain, a handsome Pit Bull X in need of a new home as my home was lost in the Bobcat Fire. I enjoy going for walks, being pet and interactive toys. My treats of choice are fruits and vegetables. I'm good with children, but I need to be your one and only fur baby in the home. I've had training and know sit, stay, lay and leash. I occasionally dart out the door, but all you have to do is ask me to sit and stay before going out the door. I have hypothyroidism and need daily medication. I'm also on anti-anxiety medication which I may not need in my forever home. I'm used to living in a home, who wouldn't become anxious when I unexpectedly had to leave. I know my breed gets a bad rap, but I hope you'll fill out an online application to come and meet me for yourself what a great guy I am.November 7, 2024, 11:05 am

Available to foster or adopt!Breed: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chihuahua, Boxer, Great Dane, Pit Bull and Peruvian Inca Orchid X DOB: 8/2022 Gender: female Altered: yes Coat: medium Size: medium Color(s): black / red brown Description:***Needs a Foster Home***This dog is in need of a foster home as well as a permanent home. If you are interested in fostering please fill out an online foster application.Hi, I'm Sonora, a beautiful, joyful and entertaining Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chihuahua, Boxer, Great Dane, Pit Bull and Peruvian Inca Orchid X, whew that was a mouthful, (dna test) who is in need of a forever home. I had a rough start in life and was found abandoned in the mountains in Sonora, Mexico (hence my name) with a head injury and very sick as a puppy. Some vacationing hikers found me and brought me back to the US to take care of me. I'm healthy now and ready for adoption.I'm not always the easiest dog to manage, but I've had formal training and a few foster families to help me learn how to behave in a home. I've learned a lot, but still have some learning to do. I'm very smart so I know I can continue to learn more.I love running around, cuddling and playing with other dogs. I'm very high energy, love to go on walks, but can be reactive to triggers when on leash. Another dog in the home would be great, but that dog would need to be able to handle my energy level. I need a yard to get my daily zoomies in.If I'm going to be left alone, I need to be confined in a dog proof area or in a crate. I'm not suited for apartment life. I can be shy with strangers at first, but I'm quick to fall in love with most people. Although I've been supervised around young children and did great with them, I tend to jump and play nip when excited so would do best in a dog experienced adult home.I might do ok with cats. A couple of the foster homes had cats and I ignored them or left them alone, but I was never unattended with them.If you're looking for an active great gal and can give me the structure and environment that I need to thrive, please put in an application to meet me. Minimum 6 foot fence.November 7, 2024, 11:05 am

Sometimes I pull when I’m excited but am usually very polite on pack walks at the kennel. I need an owner who will play with me daily but more importantly loves to cuddle on the couch. I know basic commands and I am house broken and crate trained.I'm good with children, but I need a home with no other dogs. It's unknown how I would do with cats.
