Story

Trixie is a 7-year-old purebred German Shepherd who has been with us since she was 8 weeks old. We acquired her from another dog owner. She is playful and loyal pet. She enjoys her rope toys and can be a little goofy. We are looking to find her forever home. Trixie needs to be in a one pet household as she can get a bit jealous however, there is the possibility she may get along well with a male dog. She has an ongoing conflict with our other female dog and we have had to keep them separated. It has not been an easy decision but, we can no longer take the risk for her safety and rehoming is the best option for her. Trixie would be happy if a new family would make her life warm, safe, loving, and fun!

Supposedly poor Mutt Mutt was tied to a tree and mistreated by people and children. To this day Mutt Mutt is extremely afraid of strangers and needs time, love and understanding before she trusts a new person. Once she knows and trusts someone, she is the most loving and affectionate dog, full of fun energy. She absolutely loves to play tug of war and shakes the toy wildly when she succeeds. Once properly introduced she he gets along great with other dogs and loves to play with them. She truly will bring love and fun into the life of whomever adopts her, but does need an experienced dog person because of her mistrust of strangers. Shorty was rescued by another rescue organization on the streets of Woodland Hills. They were never able to find his owner. They had to shut down, so Paw Parent stepped in and took Shorty. Shorty has been looking for a home for quite some time as he was found at only about 2 years old. This sweet guy deserves a great home. He loves all people, but should be placed in a home with older children due to his strength. He has met a couple dogs he liked, but can be very selective. He loves to go on walks and absolutely loves to carry his ball around in his mouth. Shorty is a silly guy, and loves to play. Shorty is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all routine vaccinations. This beautiful guy is Chili who was rescued in the knick of time from the Downey shelter in LA.Chili is very sweet and playful, but can easily get over stimulated and gets very excited when meeting a new person and starts jumping. Chili is in need of someone who can give him the exercise he needs and can handle his very exuberant personality. Therefore we are looking for a very calm, alpha human who can be a leader to him, preferably with Boxer experience. We are looking for a home for him where he will be the only pet with no children. Once he knows you Chili is actually is a very loving and affectionate guy who loves to play, really likes toys and loves to play fetch. He walks on the leash like an angel but gets excited when he seed other dogs, but gets along fine when meeting them. Chili is neutered, chipped, and up to date on all routine vaccinations. He is about 5 years old and weighs 65 pounds. These two beautiful boys are Tenor and Bass. Both are male Husky mixes, and weigh about 50 pounds. They are 2 years old. Tenor and Bass are brothers and are a bonded pair, so they really need to be adopted together. These boys are are extremely affectionate and love to give kisses, they don't have a mean bone in their body, They do however need to be separated when fed since they become protective over their food. They love to play and chase each other, as they have high energy, which is typical for Huskies. They are neutered and up to date on routine vaccinations.
