Story
Finn is one years old. He loves to be outside so a lot of land or a fenced in yard would be best. Due to my husband having to go back to the office we are unable to give him the attention he needs. He’s house broken, sociable, whip smart, professionally trained in obedience. We want to find him the home he deserves and unfortunately we are unable to provide it at this time.

Story
He is a full blooded Australian Shepard. He is very socialized and loves other dogs. We are Re-Homing Piper because he is NOT an apartment dog. He loves to run and needs a home with a lot of land to run. Piper is a working dog and always wants something to do. Piper can be startled easily and become defensive or protective of strangers, or from quick/rapid movement in the area around him. Children should not be allowed to approach without proper supervision and permission. When introduced properly, Piper can be great with children. Piper is very affectionate and loves to jump to give hugs and kisses when given permission. He loves to snuggle on the couch and on your bed. Piper is crate trained and will sleep inside the crate. He is potty trained and will indicate when needs to go. Piper could benefit from additional training in responsiveness to others when on walks. He wears a harness and a muzzle (will bark) while walking. Piper needs experienced Dog Trainer/Owner.

Story
Hi, my name is Penny and I'm a 2-year-old Pit Bull Terrior. I'm a friendly and energetic dog who loves to play and cuddle with my humans. I'm a very outgoing dog who loves meeting new people and making new friends. I'm always up for a game of fetch or a run in the park, but I also love to snuggle up on the couch and watch TV. I would do best in a home with a big backyard where I can run around and play. I get along well with other dogs and cats, but I do need some time to warm up to new animals. I'm also great with kids of all ages and love to be around them. I'm a very smart dog and know lots of tricks, including sit, stay, come, and shake. I'm also great at catching Frisbees and love to show off my skills. Unfortunately, my owners are moving to a small apartment where there isn't enough space for me to run and play. They're very sad to let me go, but they know it's what's best for me.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
This adorable little lady is Tootsie. She is roughly 5 years old and only 37lbs. She was found as a stray and as soon as her hold was up she came to IEBR. She tested positive for heart worms and as been fully treated and doing great. As we got to know Tootsie in her foster home it seems most likely she was abused with her previous owners but she learned to trust her foster parents and is a super sweet girl. She is crate trained but prefers to sleep with her foster mom. Because of her past abuse we are looking for a home with no children and a calm fur sibling or be an only dog. Are you that family? If you are interested in Tootsie, please visit our website: www.ilenglishbulldogrescue.org, and read through our adoption criteria to see if you meet our requirements. If you do, please fill out an application to adopt. Tootsie's adoption fee is: $650.00 Visit us on Facebook: Visit us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/IllinoisEnglishBulldogRescue
