Hi! My name is Toby I am a pitbull terrier mix, I'm a pretty big boy weighing about 60 pounds. I am up to date on all my vaccines. I am potty trained but I do have a few accidents in the house here and there. I like to pull on my leash when I go for walks but, with some good training I have the potential to do great. I LOVE squeaky toys they're my favorite, I like to boop them with my nose, but I do tare them up because of how exited I am. I also really like snuggles on the couch. My favorite activity is going to the dog park and running around, I've been getting pretty good at fetch. I know sit and stay. Treats aren't really my thing but I will sit for a good squeaker toy or blueberry. I'd like to add that I don't care for other dogs they make me nervous since I came from a noise shelter. I'm good with people if I don't know you I may be a little shy at first but I'll warm up fast. I have seen little humans before and I do good, but I've never lived with one. I'm sure there fun!

We adopted Robbie almost a year ago from the Lawrence Humane Society. He is very sweet and playful. He is house trained and does not tear up furniture or shoes. He loves to play with other dogs BUT he has a strong prey instinct so is not good with little dogs or cats. We have two cats and have tried for over a year to correct this behavior but it has not worked. He would be great in a home with other large dogs or alone. He is playful with our kids but is a little too wild with our 3 and 5 year old sometimes (no bites or anything though) so I think he would be great in a home with teenage kids or just adults. He also is very good at jumping fences. We have a typical 4ft chain link fenced in yard and he clears that easily. So he would be best on a farm or in a yard with a privacy fence or invisible fence or something. All in all, he’s a really good, friendly, sweet dog just not a good fit in our home.

Nova Dior will be 3 years old on Jan 10th. She has been good with my kids. I can't speak for other kids, because we dont know ant other kids to have her around. She's smart and knows the basic commands. She is house broken. She is food aggressive. She Will bark and let you know if someone is around. She's had one litter. That was in November. She's in a house with yard now, but where I'm moving to is too small. She's currently 71 pounds.
