Story
This is Doobie! As you can see, he's a BIG boy (110 lbs) with an even bigger heart! He's around 2 1/2 years old, the size of a min. pony, strong as an ox, stubborn as a mule, as smart as a chimp, and lazy as a sloth, but I assure he's all dog. We really want to see him with someone that has a lot of patience and can properly socialize and train him. It's not to say he isn't trained, but we go by the saying, "Doobie does what Doobie wants" for a reason. He's very smart, but will play dumb as if trying for an Oscar. He knows when he's doing something wrong, but sometimes he just can't help himself. We live in a larger apartment and he does pretty well, but I think he would flourish in a home with a fenced in yard. He has not been properly socialized with other animals, but has done fine with small dogs when traveling to his grandma's. A harness is a must when walking, the sight of another dog gets him overly excited. He's good with kids, but due to his size the bigger the better.

Story
Hello, this is Luna. She is about 5 years old. She is potty trained and very very friendly. She needs lots of attention and would recommend she goes to a home that has older kids or a retired couple that can give her extra attention. She’s also is very energetic and sometimes gets overly excited. She has horrible separation anxiety and likes to jump on my toddler and knock him over. I feel bad because I don’t have enough attention to give her with having my toddler and a new born baby also another older dog. It hurts me to separate both dogs but I feel like she deserves more attention. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Story
Rehoming Our Sweet Girl Poptart It breaks our hearts to say this, but we need to find a new, loving home for our sweet girl, Poptart. Due to our current accommodations, we’re unable to keep her with us, and we want her to go to a family who can give her the space and care she deserves. About Poptart: Approximately 3 years old, a rescue from Hawaii. Recently had her rabies shot before moving to our current location. Believed to be a coonhound mix (according to our vet), though we don’t know her breed for certain. Spayed, potty trained, and crate trained (though she prefers not to stay in the crate for long). High energy when outdoors but relaxed and calm around the house. Great with kids, including those with disabilities, we were in the process of training her as a service animal for our daughter. Poptart would thrive in a home with space to explore outdoors and a family who can give her the attention she deserves.
