Chase has learned to live with our cat & I've seen him play well with small dogs.He has medium/big dog fear aggression. I asked previous owner if he had been attacked or bitten by another dog or wild animal, they said no. He's been a part of our family for 4 yrs & isn't as reactive w/other dogs as he used to be. That's to say, if he is a good distance he doesn't growl, show teeth, or lunge as much.Chase needs an experienced adopter, plenty of room to roam in his own pvt yard without medium/big dogs nearby. I have talked with a couple of trainers & they think it's likely he can be trained out of his fear aggression. This would be from a knowledgeable owner or trained professional.He loves people & attention. I would caution that he isn't in a home w/small children just because he hasn't lived w/young children in our home or w/original owner.He really is very sweet like Golden Retrievers are known for, he just has some special needs.Any of his supplies you want are part of adoption fee!

Dallas is a really sweet dog. He loves everyone and everything. I love him dearly. I once put him in a kennel when we went on vacation. Ever since then he has been afraid at night. He will not sleep during the night. He barks until the sun comes up. I have tried everything including Melatonin, calming chews, Thunder shirt, white noise, and exercise, but nothing works. I am starting a new job on Tuesday and I need sleep. I have been without sleep for weeks. Dallas knows these words - Stay, Go get it, Potty, Come here, Kiss, Sit. Treat

With the help of some human friends, I got a spa day 🛀, and look at me now 🤴 I am super chill and calm 🫶. I am great with other dogs and cats. I am terrific with kids, which is in character for my Newfie breed. 🐶 🧸 I love, love, love to lay on the deck when the weather is nice 🌤️ 🌻 😎 I am relatively quiet, but I will bark when my dog family starts to bark. I stop, though, as soon as my foster parents say “no.” I love belly rubs, ahhh, and my treats, yummm.🥓 And I’m in heaven if I can sleep in front of a fan 🌬️ My foster mom has taken such good care of me. Due to my age, I need some simple daily care (maybe you can relate?) to be at my tip-top best. 🧴 🏅 I have dry eye, so I need daily eye cleanings and twice-daily drops, which I am an angel for 😇. I do just fine with stairs, though I have some joint issues, like every senior giant-breed dog. Foster mom has put me on a combination of joint supplements and fish oil, which makes me more comfortable. I might have low vision in the dark, so give me a nightlight and we’re all good. I do have a mass on my lower palate, but don't worry... I can chew on my chews and l have no problems eating. Because of my age, the vet recommends against neuter surgery – so I will come not neutered, but I don't have the energy to do anything like that anyway. 🤫 I really am the best and I look forward to meeting you! You will give him everything you think he wants – and probably more 😜 – for the rest of his life, because of his soft brown eyes and 😇 innocent expression. If what you’re offering up involves treats and snuggles, he’s got it made in the shade. Marshall is a 10-month-old pittie mix, and he came from a hoarding situation, so he’s just now getting to experience the good life 👌. We think he’ll be around 50 pounds with some square meals and time to grow. He has such a mellow, calm vibe. Though he’s a young guy, he’s more about quality time with his people and dog friends than quantity of activities – or quantity of steps, lol 🥱. If you like to navigate life with your dog by your side 👯, Marshall could be the ideal candidate for that. He has a grounding and fun presence. Oh, and cute- definitely cute- presence ☺️. He comes when he’s called, and in just a short time he’s learned sit and down. He’s also doing pretty well on the leash. He’s bringing his cuddle game to anyone willing, as well 🧸. He really wants to please his people, so he’ll stick close by and listen nicely – doubly so, if you have a treat 🥓🌭. He is great with other dogs, friendly with people, and he hasn’t been around a cat yet. Marshall understandably has some separation anxiety, but it lessens as his surroundings get more familiar 🏡. When he’s within eyesight of people, everything is 💯, but without them, he may take time to settle. He would do well to have a confident dog sibling in the home, and his people will need to be patient as he gets the lay of the land. He should have at least a 5-foot fence. Look into his eyes, fall under Marshall’s spell 😵‍💫, you know you want to. Give him a bit of time, and you’ll be rewarded with the best doggone friend 🥇. Marshall is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and microchipped. He’ll also come to you current on heartworm preventative and flea/tick prevention. His adoption fee is $275.
