Story
I have to rehome my Foxhound Mix. He is approximately 60lbs and fully grown. Now 2 years old. He is a sweet boy who loves to run. He does great with kids, and cats and loves other dogs. Unfortunately, I am selling my house next month and need to find him a home ASAP. I cannot take him where I am going as they only allow 1 dog. My other dog is 12 years old and would be put to sleep if she were to be put up for adoption. He is house-trained, crate-trained, up-to-date on all shots, and neutered. Please be kind as this is already hard enough. Selling my home was not part of my plan but I can no longer afford it.

Story
Kona was rescued when she was 3-4 and we’ve had her for 4 years. We have worked with a couple different trainers to help her not be dog reactive. We have had several issues lately between her and our other female pit bull, Piper, and need to rehome Kona before one of them seriously hurts the other one. Kona is very smart, well trained and knows all the usual commands. She is a great dog on her own but struggles around other dogs. This is heartbreaking for us because she’s so funny and playful and loving but we can’t risk her and Piper hurting each other anymore.

Story
Name: Nia Gender: Female Birthday: 7/11/2019 Hi, I'm Nia. My favorite things in the world are playing tug, cuddling, and chewing on sticks. I'd love it if you let me take naps with you as little spoon. My dad says he's never encountered a dog like me because I'll let you sleep on top of me. You'll soon find out that I have never turned down a chance to play. I make weird noises when I play but that's because I have so much fun. I'll eat almost anything and love fruit. Dad says it's healthy for me just like it is for humans. One time I broke my tooth and dad bought me a new one. It's titanium! Nia is a reactive dog. She is friendly with people and kids but has mixed history with other dogs. She has bitten another dog that resulted in stitches but no further complications. The context included barrier frustration and possibly territorial aggression but is hard to diagnose. My partner has female dogs which do not get along with Nia. I love her very much but can't bring her with us.

Story
Introducing Foster Topsy, a heartwarming 10.5-year-old bulldog who's an absolute snuggle bug! Topsy's journey brought her to KCEBR, where she arrived as a neglected sweetheart. She had struggled with bad skin, minimal fur, goopy eyes, and the weight of fear. Despite her challenges, she radiates resilience and love. Topsy's vision may be impaired, but her ability to love knows no bounds. Although she might not always locate your exact position, her keen sense of hearing lets her tune into your presence. Navigating her surroundings, both indoors and within her enclosed yard, is a breeze for this spirited bulldog. And you won't believe it, but Topsy has taken to galloping down the hall! When it comes to her preferences, Topsy has a penchant for vegetables - a healthy choice that shows her unique taste. But that's not all. She adores nothing more than catching up on her beauty sleep and soothing herself by sucking on fuzzy blankets. Living harmoniously with a pack of two Bulldogs and two Labradors, Topsy fits right in. Her life has transformed under the caring wings of KCEBR, and the future holds nothing but pure, unconditional love for this special soul. Thank you, KCEBR, for ensuring that the rest of Topsy's days are brimming with warmth and affection.
