Baxter won’t be winning any races, but he is sure to win your heart. Baxter came to us unable to walk. He has worked hard and with the help of cold laser therapy and the staff at Tomahawk Animal Hospital, Baxter can now stand and take steps. Baxter would LOVE a home with another dog to play with. He loves playing. We are looking for a special home that will embrace Baxter’s uniqueness. He is 8-10 years old and 17 lbs., a little shaggy mix. Max is an adorable and sweet 8-year-old Maltese. He weighs 9 lbs. Max is a happy boy and loves everyone and is friendly to both people and dogs. Max is an excellent walker and gets very excited whenever he sees his harness and leash. Max is marked “special needs” because he is prone to drinking and urinating frequently (a nervous habit) and his water intake will have to be monitored. He is crated during the night and holds his pee during that time. He will have to be let outside often and watched to ensure he pees outside and does not mark inside. No one ever came from me, so now the nice folks of MSC are trying to help me find a new family who will love me forever. I am only 50lbs, which makes me the perfect pocket pitty! I really enjoy being around people and playing outside. I would love to go everywhere with you if I could. Cuddling on the couch and giving you kisses are some of my favorite things to do. I'd love to be the only doggo in your life! No other dogs, cats, or kids, please.
