Story

Mr. Pablo is approximately 7 years old, 40lbs and a sweet little man. Pablo's original owners have handed him off with heavy hearts to me due to pregnancy complications. He needs a fenced in backyard, and ideally is the only dog in the household, however, he has done well living with other dogs until now (He can be grumpy to the other dogs in his old age.) Pablo at the age of 5 suffered a life altering back injury leaving his hind legs paralyzed. After surgery and rehab Pablo made a full recovery. The only lasting effect for Pablo has been that his walking gait has been affected and he's not quite as nimble as he once was. He relearned potty training, walking, running and jumping. If I had more space for more dogs I would love to keep Pablo. I want him to go to a wonderful home where he can run and cuddle with his people for the rest of his days.

I am looking to rehome my dog. Located in clemmons, davidson county. Leo was a rescue. Chihuahua mix. Medium size about 15-18lbs. Unsure of exact age but likely around 7. Rabies vaccine just expired. No recent heartworm treatment. Mostly potty trained, but occasionally marks inside. He is neutered. He loves to fetch and play. He is very sweet and affectionate. He does bark often. He does okay with dogs his size. He did well with our cat as well. Loves to cuddle. Great with adults, but not good for small children (which is why im needing to rehome). He has snapped at my toddler multiple times now. I hate to rehome but need to protect the kiddos.

Meet Meeko! Meeko was found by a sharp curve on Bobbit Road on March 5, 2024, by a caring young man who knew he deserved a second chance. At his first vet visit, Meeko was estimated to be about six months old — and he’s been full of playful puppy energy ever since! Meeko is a good boy who loves dog toys and still enjoys a good puppy chew. He sleeps through the night in his crate without any accidents and spends most of his days outside in a fenced yard, coming inside to cuddle up at night. He’s a friendly, affectionate pup who adores being petted and will shower you with licks to show his appreciation. He’s learned to sit — although his wiggly puppy butt sometimes makes that a little tricky when he gets too excited! Meeko is a great car rider and is currently using a slow feeder bowl to help him pace himself at mealtime. Meeko is looking for a loving forever home where he’ll get lots of attention, playtime, and continued guidance as he grows into the amazing dog he’s meant to be.
