Story
Meet Daisy: Your New Best Friend! Age: 6 Years Personality: Daisy is a happy girl who absolutely adores cuddling and being around her family. Her favorite activities include snuggling on the couch, going for long walks, and showing off her tricks. She knows how to sit, give paw, and lay down, putting her on the right track for additional training. Behavior: Daisy is leash trained and potty trained, so she’s ready to fit seamlessly into your home. While she is great on the leash, she can get a bit overexcited and reactive when she sees other dogs or small animals while out walking. She’s still learning to stay calm and focused, and we’re working on her training to help her manage her excitement better. While Daisy gets along with people, she would be happiest as the only pet in a household where she can be the center of attention.

Duchess is 6.5 years old very healthy dog. She is smart and knows commands. She is house trained. She would be a great dog for a single person or couple. She cannot be in an environment with other dogs or pets. She does not get along with other dogs. She is very loving and a good companion. She likes to snuggle and she is a home body and can be let out without leash or walk on leash. She has all shots and heart worm and flea med. We need to re-home her because we have other dogs.

Story
I bought Lexi from a breeder off of Facebook Marketplace for $30 she was 4 months old when I got her she is now 1 year and 9 months old. Lexi is very energetic and playful, she's also very sweet and loving! she's all around a great dog, she loves kids and despite her size and energy she is very gentle with kids and small dogs. She needs a home that she can run around and get her energy out! She does know a couple commands like sit and wait and back up, I also trained to sit and wait until I told her to come when we are going out a door, so she doesn't pull me down. She is a fully outdoor dog, but she is a great listener, and she could easily be trained to be in the house!

Story
We brought Loki home with us after our daughter-in-law passed away. He is a good boy, but his energy level is above our senior rescues. He would do really well with a family that can love on him all the time, take him to the dog park to run with other dogs and toss a ball around. He absolutley loves the dog park. He is good with other dogs and was raised with cats. He loves people and will lick all the time! He needs more attention than what we can do. We are hoping for a loving family for him.

Story
A few months ago my partner and I decided to adopt a pit terrier from Guilford County Animal Services. All was well until our daughter (3 years) started to have severe constipation. We discovered she was eating the dogs hair that she would shed. We have worked with her for weeks and weeks on end to try to stop this habit, but It seems as if she cant stop. So we have decided to rehome the dog. I have scheduled a surrender appointment for September 25th at Randolph County Animal Shelter, but they made it clear that they do euthanize, so I have been desperately trying to find a solution before the 25th.
