Story
Porsia’s Dating profile 🐾💓 I’m a pretty girl with a fantastic personality! Ready for a fun time? Will you be my favorite copilot and partner in life? I may not drive fast cars although I have had to live life in the faster lanes due to circumstances. It’s been a thrill ride with a recent “freedom ride” from Texas with my puppies. Now that they are taken care of, I’m actively looking to settle into a more simple, yet structured lifestyle. I’m just over a year old. I’m a dainty, light on my feet (or not too heavy on your lap) 45lb puddle of love. I’m a really neat, good looking girl who’s thankful for the soft place with my foster parents and 3 resident dogs (whom I adore) but I’m now looking for a real love connection of my own💕 I’m a striking magical mix of Shepherd, Husky, and Cattle Dog. My one blue eye and one brown eye makes me a real looker! I would love an active family to share adventures with, solo or with other dogs who can keep up with me. I can be a bit of a chatty gal… it’s hard to hide my husky genes sometimes although when asked to “shoosh”, I comply. I like my crate (fully crate trained) and quiet down quick after a minute or two to nap or chomp on a good tasty bone. I make the perfect car copilot or couch buddy. I am a loyal pup but also really like to meet new people and furry friends. I tend to roll over frequently and ask for all the belly rubs and attention from humans, big and little 😉 I am very playful, enjoy a jog or a good hearty dart around the yard. I like my selection of bones and toys. Squeaky ones are the best and some fetch is perfect! After some play, I just LOVE to cuddle. I’m learning what your personal space is but I do love to be in it if you’ll have me 💓 I’ve been around other families, dogs, and kids during my time here in Illinois. They all have fallen in love and taken good care of me until my pups grew and I was ready for my next adventure. I’m still young and learning. I can get so excited to see you and jump up, but my foster humans are helping me learn better manners and ways to manage that excitment. I’ve been told I’m making wonderful progress. I am very motivated to learn and a smart one. I walk well on a leash. I do enjoy sniffing the cool air and exploring my surroundings. I’m fully potty trained. I always take care of business quickly when I go outside. It’s cold here in Illinois, no doodling around out too long there for me. I sit when asked and listen pretty well when you tell me no or leave it. A firm “Ah Ah!”, I take the hint. Can we make a date to meet, a match, or real love connection? I’ll be waiting content until then

I’m eager to learn and would love someone who can guide me with patience and consistency. Story
Meet Kal El! Male Husky/American Staffordshire Terrier Mix About 2 years old About 65lbs Hi, I’m Kal El but my friends call me Kal. I spent several months in the shelter and was overlooked for all those cute little dogs and puppies. I am looking for a Forever fa that loves me almost as much as I love them. I’ve been told that I’m a big DERP! I love to run and play and need a home that has a backyard for me to run. I’m a pretty quiet guy and don’t bark all that much, unless you are ignoring me and then I will “talk” to you like most Huskies to let you know I’d like attention. Since I was in the shelter and didn’t get much opportunity to stretch my legs, I’ve been known to have a need for speed and zoomies are my jam! I’m pretty strong on a leash and am learning not to pull…but there’s so much to explore, sometimes I forget. With continued training, I’m going to be a master of the leash in no time. When I chill out, I’m very cuddly and like affection. I know the sit command and will sit for a treat, most of the time, unless I get distract…SQUIRREL! I take treats very gently too! I like to play “tug” and I know when my mouth gets too close to your fingers and am gentle with my mouth. But don’t be fooled, I play a hard game of tug and won’t let you win just because you’re a human. I’m a “Superman” for sure and if you’re not a DC fan, you should also know that I’m absolutely “MARVELous”…see what I did there? Our standard adoption fee is $375 cash or check and $385 credit card ($10 processing fee). . Story
Keegan is a young bouncy boy who is as nice as he is energetic. While it was pretty apparent when he came in to us that he was not given a lot of training in his previous home, he obviously was loved as he has a great personality and is a very loving boy. He is a diamond in the rough kind of dog-he needs to learn some manners (and he is a quick learner) but with an active home that will give him exercise and structure, he'll be a well trained boy in no time. Keegan is good with other dogs and great with people. He might knock over little ones in the home so until he is a bit more trained, older kids are probably best.
