Apply on our website ( https://www.healingheartsrescue.org/adopt )  to  set up a private meeting or check below for my adoption event schedule.   Age: Approximately 3 years old  Weight: 32 lbs Dog friendly: Yes Cat friendly: Yes Kid friendly: Yes Potty trained: Yes, on a schedule Crate trained: Yes, does well in crate when left alone Requirement: Physical Fence & Companion Dog Hi my name is Braxton! My foster family thinks that I am the absolute best. I enjoy playing ball in the back yard and wrestling with the four other dogs at my foster house. They are all different sizes and breeds and I get along with all of them wonderfully.  There are also a couple of rambunctious human boys at my home (6 and 9). When they are loud, I keep my distance. When they are quiet, I love to come over for scratches behind my ears or lay on their beds with them. In fact, I am happiest when I get to sit on a couch or lay in a bed with my humans or fellow dogs.  I am crate trained and do wonderfully in there over night or during the day when the humans are gone. I am potty trained and know some basic commands. I walk well on a leash, but loud noises get my attention. I would do my best in a fenced yard where I can run around and be free, I love to run! Another dog in the house would be perfect. It takes me a little bit to get used to feeling comfortable in new environments, so slow introductions are best for me. I am not mean or bark, in fact my foster family doesn’t think I have a mean bone in my body. I am just a little skeptical of new or loud things at first. My usual reaction is just to pace until I get comfortable again. No biggie.   I can’t wait to find my forever family to snuggle with, give kisses to and play ball with!   Adoption Fee: $395  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.INTERESTED IN MEETING ME? Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.   Ace is such a cool "Puppy." He is about 7 months old and weighs about 45-50 lbs. He may end up being 80 lbs. He is a Lab/Pyre mix. Ace needs a foster to come to rescue! Would you like to foster him? Adopt? Interested in fostering or adopting? Please complete an appropriate form: form at  https://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=4003 .  Puppy adoption fee is $450.00 + tax for the age appropriate vetting they have had so far (2 DHPP vaccines, deworming on a schedule, and will come with microchip). Puppies will still need: eventual spay or neuter (recommended when closer to 9-12 months old. We recommend researching this topic and consulting with your vet).  If you would like the puppy altered at our vet, the adoption fee increases to $650.00 + tax (adopter is responsible for the in between vaccines). Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.   Pete is a LOVE! He loves playing with our dog. He is curious about the cats and wants to play, not of course they don't want to. He is really smart and has already learned how to go to the door when he has to pee. He's had a few accidents but we almost have him house trained. We also taught him to sit! He loves food so training has been pretty easy. He does fine on a leash and walking. He's so young, so he's still a little bouncy. He's also crate trained and sleeps in the crate overnight with no issues. Also goes out to go potty at about 10am and is good until 6-7am to go out again. He's going to make someone super happy. He's a sweet sweet boy. Interested in adopting? Please complete an appropriate form: form at  https://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=4003 .  Puppy adoption fee is $450.00 + tax for the age appropriate vetting they have had so far (2 DHPP vaccines, deworming on a schedule, and will come with microchip).
