Foster Update: "Anna and Geno have been with me since early Dec and we have learned so much about them . They were owner surrender Euthanasia requests at CACC and nothing was wrong with them . They are loving and healthy seniors who experienced a lot of neglect in their past situation. Geno is a social butterfly. He loves being part of a pack . The more dogs the better for him. He will walk into any room and happily say hello to any dog, person or cat. Anna is a little more stand offish at first , but once she gains trust she gains confidence and she is the cutest 5 pounds I've ever seen. Both love to go on walks , but also love the fenced in backyard when the weather is cold . They are fine with free roam when I go to work , but if I'm gone for a longer periods of time I leave out pee pads and they will use them. No separation anxiety. They act like cats . I call them cat dogs . Like many little dog's they will need regular grooming and are fine with being groomed and handled . These two are the easiest fosters I've ever had and are a joy to be around. Here are some new photos below. I love them :)" Foster Update: "Here is what I know about them so far : 1. They Love their little crate they came in with . They want to be in there together 70 percent of the time. 2. Gino is more adventurous. 3. They are mostly potty trained . They go out to the yard and use the bathroom . They also use the pee pads . Gino will occasionally mark , but not terrible. 4. They used to bark and growl at my dogs in their crate whenever they saw them. I've been doing slow intros and they now are totally fine with them . They were just scared . I'd recommend slow intros and no teenage dogs /jumpy mouthy dogs for them. My Tilly (formally your Tilly ) 85 pound dog used to be so scared of them 😂 Now she's getting better :) They are such great easy dogs . They really love each other , so may be a bonded pair , but they are so little it's easy having two."
