Mushu- 4 month old shitzu mix who will likely be 15 pounds full grown. We do it know what day was or how much this girl will shed. A little pup full of joy! Sweet little Mushu only takes on her dragon persona when finding "treasures" to bring back to her lair! She loves her little collection of toys and socks, plays beautifully with other dogs and little kids, and is not a "hyper" puppy. She is still working on house training but goes potty well outside. She loves her crate, snacking on carrots, and finding little cuddle spots where she can chew on her treasures! AVAILABLE SOON! I haven’t arrived at the adoption center just yet - I’m getting ready for adoption! Please fill out an adoption application if you’d like to meet me once I’m available. I'm 13 lbs., and I am looking for my forever home. Adoption Donation: $500 All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. He’s a five-year-old Shih Tzu, in good health (no diarrhea or vomiting) other than an adorable underbite. Cocoa is a puppy mill release who I’m sure was a house dog before being in the mill. He was house broken as soon as I brought him into my home. He’s not fond of snow or rain but typically will go out just far enough to take care of business. Cocoa is good with other dogs and is quite playful. He enjoys wrestling and tug with my dog. He enjoys walks, is not reactive to other dogs out walking and wants to meet everyone! Cocoa will be neutered on January 15th and will be available for adoption afterwards. You can meet with him before that.
