AEAR rescued Lexi when no other shelter or rescue was able to help her. She came to us in pretty bad condition but is getting better every day. Lexi lived with seniors who loved her but were not able to properly care for her. First stop was the groomer because she was matted down to the skin. She is being treated for a yeast infection in her ears. Her sight is limited by cherry eye, which we will have corrected with surgery. Despite everything, Lexi is a happy little dog who loves everyone. Her favorite treat is a Pup Cup from Dairy Dream. Hi there! It’s so nice to meet you, I’m London - yes, like that city across the pond. 😉 I am a small female pup - about 8 pounds and around 5 months old. My humans say I look like I’m probably a Shih Tzu Mix. Just because I'm small in size doesn't mean I have a small personality! I am a big-hearted pup who loves belly rubs. Some may say that I can be a little bossy at times, but I say it's just good leadership skills. 😉😀 Speaking of skills, I'm working on getting the hang of all those puppy skills - right now, I am working on going to the bathroom ONLY outside, learning how to walk on a leash and resting in my crate. Let me tell you a little more about me! I get along well with kids and other dogs (I’m really not a fan of cats though). I’m currently staying in Raymond, WI with my foster family. They are great, but I am looking for my forever home! I just can’t wait to meet a family that I can adopt …I mean a family that will adopt me! 😊 I just know we’ll have SO much fun!If you think we’d be a good match, I’d love to meet you!
