Here is what you should know about me: I am very loveable I love people and dogs of all sizes I am fascinated by horses Car rides are the best I was abandoned and starved, so food really excites me Bully sticks are my favorite I love playing fetch I want to be taken on walks but my finder/foster has too many dogs and no time to walk me. I don't need anything fancy, just patience, kindness and a family who has time for me. Mo is one year old and 59 lbs Kelpie mix who was found stray by a kind citizen. Months went by without an owner coming forward and now Mo is searching for a new family that can give him all the love and attention he deserves. He's house and crate trained and gets along great with other dogs and cats. Mo is neutered, vaccinated, microchiped and heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $275. Belle is the kind of pup who melts into your side for a cuddle, flashes a warm-eyed smile at every passerby, and politely sits for treats with the elegance of a pup who’s clearly aced her obedience classes. Belle has completed multiple levels of training and knows commands like sit, stay, down, up, go, and kennel. She’s crate trained, house-trained, microchipped, and in tip-top health with all her vaccinations up to date. At about 30 pounds, she’s a perfectly portable medium-sized companion who enjoys car rides (she even comes with her own doggy seat belt!) and adores daily walks, chew toys, and cozying up with her people at the end of the day. While Belle is incredibly curious and gentle around cats, her current feline roommate isn’t quite as open to friendship. Nelson is just one of the sweetest puppies there is. When he first came to the rescue he was struggling with a skin condition that took a little trial/error to figure out, despite this he never let it get him down or stop his happiness. He loves to play, then lay next to you and wants to be wherever you are. He's all round just an amazing puppy, with catching onto crate & potty training fairly quickly and easily. In another life, its suspected he was a bird watcher, as rather than walking around and sniffing on walks he's content just looking around and observing his surroundings while sunbathing. He's growing up to be around a medium size dog (estimated to get around 25 lbs). Nelson is a sweet little guy, calm and cuddly. He loves his toys and to play with other pups. He is learning sit and other tricks. He came into the rescue with a skin condition (non-contagious) and is almost healed. Nelson promises to be your best friend from day one. He is the epitome of the stereotype, a man’s best friend. He is brave, even when faced with scary shots from the vet. He loves to play, and everything he does is to make you happy. He plays well with other dogs but prefers to play with humans. All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. Puppies adopted under the age of five months require a spay/neuter contract, and all dogs are required to be spayed by six months unless otherwise medically noted. Our dogs are currently on heartworm preventative.
