Story
If you’ve ever believed that chocolate makes everything better, just wait until you meet me. My name is Chocolate, and I’m every bit as sweet, comforting, and irresistible as the treat I’m named after. I’m a handsome, “big-boned” gentleman—about four years old and weighing in at a cozy 11.5 pounds of pure love. I was found late this summer on the reservation when I wandered up to someone’s home and decided it looked like a pretty good place to stay. Turns out, I was right—I adore people, and I’m happiest when I have someone to love. My personality? Think gentle, mellow, and affectionate. I’m the kind of cat who doesn’t let much bother him. Loud noise? New people? A busy day? I’ll just stretch out, blink those soft eyes, and carry on being my sweet, easygoing self. Give me a warm bed, a sunny window, and a lap to curl up in, and I’ll repay you with endless purrs and quiet companionship. I’m a true cuddler at heart, and I believe every good day should include a nap, some sunshine, and, of course… breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (A growing boy has to keep up his strength, you know.) If you’re looking for a calm, loving companion who will bring warmth and sweetness into your home every single day, I think we might be the perfect match. Come meet me—I promise I’m even sweeter in person. You can meet this furry feline friend at The PURRfect Match Adoption Center in Andover, MN. We typically have around 20 adoptable cats on site—each one eager to meet their new family. Our visiting hours are Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3–7 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM–2 PM. 14033 Round Lake Blvd NW, Andover, MN Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.  The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. He’s got those big, puppy-dog eyes that make you melt instantly and he absolutely knows how to use them. He’s a playful guy who loves chasing toys, pouncing around, and occasionally deciding that wiggly toes are the most fascinating thing in the world. He’s curious, silly, and full of that fun kitten energy that keeps life interesting. But what really makes him special? He’s such a sweetheart. He loves pets and attention and will happily soak up all the affection you’re willing to give. After he’s gotten his zoomies out, he’s more than ready to settle in and just be your little companion. He’s the kind of kitten who will follow you around, make you laugh, and then curl up nearby like he’s always belonged there. If you’re looking for a playful, loving little dude to grow up with, he might just be your guy. Sock is a brave little guy who has absolutely no fear. He probably believes he could square up with a bull and still walk away purring. Most days you’ll find him perched somewhere high, observing everyone from a distance. But when the zoomies hit? It’s game on. Sock will be down there playing his heart out like he’s training for the Kitty Olympics. He loves pets and occasionally blesses you with cuddles. Story
Meet Condi My name is Condi, though some people like to call me Fluffy — and once you see my soft, thick coat and beautiful fluffy tail, you’ll understand why! I’m a sweet and gentle soul with a slightly shy side at first. New people and places can take me a little moment to figure out, but I adjust quickly. Once I feel comfortable, my true personality shines and I become a loving and affectionate companion. When I’m feeling especially cozy and happy, I’ll come over to you, stretch out on my side, and look up at you with my big beautiful eyes — my quiet little way of asking for attention and affection. And while I’m a calm girl most of the time, I still have my playful moments! Every now and then I’ll surprise you with a burst of zoomies, reminding everyone that there’s a fun-loving kitty under all that fluff. I enjoy people, attention, and gentle affection, and I would love nothing more than to find a forever home where I can feel safe, loved, and part of the family. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle companion with a soft coat and an even softer heart, I just might be the perfect match for you. Story
Hi there! I’m Olivia — your future partner in playtime, zoomies, and daily smiles. My story started a little differently than most kittens. I was found all alone when I was just a few days old, so I didn’t have a mama cat or siblings to help teach me all the “proper” kitten manners. Because of that, I’m still learning how to keep my playful enthusiasm a little more gentle. I can get mouthy when I’m excited, but it’s never meant to be mean — I just love to play! My foster says I’m a spunky little girl who’s always on the move. Most of my day is filled with zooming, pouncing, and chasing anything that looks like a toy. I’m not much of a snuggler yet, but when I finally wear myself out, I like to curl up near your feet so I can still be close to my person. I’d thrive in a home that understands my playful spirit and can help me keep learning good manners. A confident dog or another playful cat would be amazing for me — I’d love a buddy to wrestle and chase. Because of my energetic play style, I’d do best with older, cat-savvy kids who know how to respect a busy little kitty like me. Olivia at a glance: Playful, energetic, and full of personality Loves toys, games, and activity Not a big lap cat, but enjoys being near her people Would love a home with another playful pet Best with older, respectful children (if any) If you’re looking for a lively, entertaining companion who will keep you laughing and on your toes, I just might be your perfect match. Let’s make life a little more fun together. Story
Meet Sammy Hi, I’m Sammy — a true gentleman with a sweet personality and a soft spot for people. I love being close to my humans and getting attention, but I’m very quiet and polite about asking for it. I’ll gently rub against you and look up with my beautiful light-colored eyes as if to say, “Excuse me… may I have a little love?” Sometimes I’ll even stretch up and touch your cheek with my paw to let you know how much I care. While I’m a calm and affectionate boy, I definitely have a playful side too. Every now and then the “all boy” energy kicks in and I love to wrestle with the other kitties in the house or hide and surprise them during playtime. I’m also perfectly happy entertaining myself with catnip toys. I get along well with other cats and even enjoy the company of my foster family’s big dog, so I could do well in a home with other friendly pets. I’ve had a bit of a rough start in life, but now I’m ready for the happy chapter — finding a forever family where I can feel safe, loved, and truly at home. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion with a gentle personality and a playful side, I’d love for you to come meet me and see if we might be the perfect match. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown.
