Story
Meet Endora! A beautiful tortie girl who is able to pull out the famed "Tortitude" we all know and love whenever the mood strikes her, Endora is actually a sweet marshmallow with a brave exterior. When she first came into rescue, she was the biggest "hissy spitty" kitten of the group. She was going to let us know who was boss from the get go, and would hiss and spit (all two pounds of her!) when she was first confronted with the horrors of becoming an indoor kitten. Very quickly, with the help of her favorite tasty treats, she came around to the idea that people aren't so bad after all. Fast forward to today, and she is a complete and total love who purrs and adores attention from her foster mom with the rest of her kitten crew!   Endora adores her sisters, and is particularly fond of her brother, Dr. Bombay. For this reason, we are looking for her to be adopted with her brother or one of her sisters. Could Endora be the sweetheart you've been seeking?   LET'S MEET!  Please email s.o.s.representative@gmail.com for an adoption application.  I am available for meet and greets with pre-approved applicants!     ADOPTION INFORMATION: All of our cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated (age-appropriate), Feline Leukemia/FIV tested, de-parasited & micro-chipped before being adopted out.  Our adoption fee is $275, including the required MN sales tax.  All applicants must meet our adoptable cats in person.  We do not ship any of our animals to adopters. Thank you and please contact us with any questions. August 18, 2025, 4:05 pm

Story
Reintroducing SIMBA! This stunning nine year old boy is 99% lover and 1% cranky neighbor who doesn’t want any fellow cats playing in his “yard.” Simba came to us over a year ago after being rescued from euthanasia. He was overweight, diabetic, matted, had skin and nail infections, diabetic neuropathy, and was in desperate need of a dental. After shaving off some pounds, treating his infections, a dental visit, and some loving attention, Simba has been restored to his former glorious self and is now ready for a long-term foster home as his current foster is relocating to another state.   Simba loves being brushed head to toe, chin rubs, and attention of any kind. He responds by drooling in joy and with a roaring purr. Belly rubs? No problem here – he’ll happily present his belly (and everything else) for an extended tummy tickle or a four paw nail trim. Talk about easy – if we didn’t know any better…we’d think he had professional groomer experience. He is adorably wobbly (uncertain of cause but could be residual diabetic neuropathy) so we have added a supplement to his food to try and boost his strength. To date, his weakened back end has gotten no better or worse and does not impede his “zoomies” after a good litter box visit! Another fun fact about wobbly cats? It means Simba is the polar opposite of a counter jumper! As a matter of fact, if he needs to get on anything higher than a couch...pet stairs do the trick. He will want a set by your bed as his favorite place to sleep is with you. Simba has been in diabetic remission for over a year and has not been on any insulin. We hope to keep him that way by controlling his diet and occasional glucose monitoring.   He comes with a lifetime commitment of litter, food, meds, and all the vet care needed for the rest of life. What he needs is a soft, loving place to fall, and a pet parent who will be patient getting him settled into new surroundings. His ideal home would be a quieter one. Maybe with someone who works from home (or no longer works) who has no other pets. He’s been waiting a long time for the right home and we are committed to providing everything a new foster needs. All you need to add is love (and twice a day feedings).   Who wants to meet this boy and discuss adding him to your family? LET'S MEET! Please email s.o.s.representative@gmail.com for an application to be Simba's long-term foster. Story
Meet Dr. Bombay! He is one chill kitten, and a dude if there ever was one. Having three high energy sisters has taught Dr. Bombay to be patient (well, as patient as a cat can be), and he patiently waits his turn for attention from his foster mom. He loves to be pet and have his belly rubbed, and will happily sit in your lap while you adore him.    Dr. Bombay is a cat-social gentleman, and is especially partial to his sisters. For this reason, we are looking for him to be adopted with one of his sisters. Could Dr. Bombay be the handsome boy you've been looking for? Story
Two female tortoiseshell sister kittens needing a loving forever home! They have bonded and need to stay together. They were found abandoned in the cold. The mother cat and all their siblings died. They were a bit traumatized for a little while after being rescued but now they are very loving and friendly kittens. Litter box trained and very well behaved. Just need a forever home for them. Dewormed and are up to date on shots.

Story
Stanley is the definition of a lover boy. All he wants to do is be snuggled. He is a very vocal little guy who loves to chat and is very well behaved. He has a good amount of energy and is very, very loyal. He can keep up with the dogs in the house but can also wind down when its time to relax! He loves small plush toys, string, anything that dangles and can be thrown around! He would thrive in a home where he can get all the love and attention he deserves. He gets along with people and animals of all ages, he may just be a bit shy at first! He is not trained to do anything special but he definitely knows his name and loves to play. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on all vaccines. He does not need any medications or special care but tolerates it well if needed - I got him while working at a vet so he's had some practice! This has been a very hard decision to come to and I would love knowing my boy is being loved.

Story
I rescued Javi from a family who neglected him from the start of his life and was about to abandon him altogether. He is now a healthy and happy young cat (about 1 year old)! He is very sweet, good-natured, playful (but not destructive), social, talkative, loves to eat, and has the worst case of FOMO! If he's so great, why am I looking for another home?? Well, I am a single mother of two children with autism. Many kids with autism really enjoy the company of pets, but mine do not. Javi is literally obsessed with my teenage son and wants in his room and to be by him all the time, and my son hates it. Javi really seems to prefer men/boys, and it causes a lot of stress on my son (who already has a lot of challenges). It's not Javi's fault, and if I didn't have children or if my children enjoyed his attention, I'd keep him forever. He's really a great cat! A perfect home for Javi: able to go out in a catio, be with other cats, have a man in the house who loves him, and all doors left open!
