Story
Hi, I'm Colette! I'm a sweet, good-natured cat. I'm shy at first, but once I'm comfortable I'm quite a lap cat. I love a good neck rub and a nice brushing. In the summer, I like to sit at the top of my cat tree and soak up the sun. I'm an independent woman, but I like being around my people. I'd prefer a quiet home where I would be the only animal, but I could coexist with a respectful cat or dog. I have some anxiety (don't we all!?), but it's well-managed with a once-a-day medication. If you put the pill in a lickable treat, I'Il eat it right up with no complaints. Speaking of lickable treats, those are my absolute favorite! If you've got some of those around, we'll get along just fine. I'm an older lady, but I've got some good years left. I'm looking for a companion with a peaceful home where I can live out my glory years. Could that be you? Love, Colette All cats have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed. Story
Hello! My name is Charlie (9 months old) and I love to chirp! I walk around chirping letting everyone know of my presence. I’m adorable that way! I was born as a stray and because I was born in the wild, I am less trusting of people initially. I am working hard on spending time around people without being afraid. My foster plays with me with teaser toys which I love! I also enjoy playing with my siblings, sprawling out everywhere, looking out the window, long naps in the cat tree or in a comfy bed, cat nip play time, yummy wet food snacks or my ball track toy. Because of my fears, I would do best in an all-adult home with people who would be willing to help me learn to trust. Ideally, I could bring a sibling or two along with me to play with and so we could help each other to adapt to family living. Or I would at least need another cat living in the home to help me learn how to cat. I have the cutest little personality….I just need a family willing to take the time to let me shine. All cats have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed. He has also been neutered and microchipped. Story
Hello! My name is Chickpea (9 months old) because of how sweet and dainty I am. I was born as a stray and because I was born in the wild, I am less trusting of people initially. I am working hard on spending time around my foster and her friends without being afraid. One thing that gets me out and close to humans every time is human food! I love food! I love to share my foster mom’s meals with her and it gives us the opportunity to be close and me to learn to trust. I also enjoy playing with my siblings, long naps in the cat tree or in a comfy bed, cat nip play time, yummy wet food snacks or my ball track toy. Because of my fears, I would do best in an all-adult home with people who would be willing to help me learn to trust. Ideally, I could bring a sibling or two along with me to play with and so we could help each other to adapt to family living. Or I would at least need another cat living in the home to help me learn how to cat. My foster says that I am super sweet and will be quite the charmer once I learn that humans aren’t so scary. All cats have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed. She has also been spayed and microchipped. Story
Hi, my name is Bobbie and I am about 7 months old. I am friendly and sweet, but very shy to begin with. It does take a bit of time for me to warm up to new people and situations. I absolutely love other cats and need a young cat/kitten in my new home to help me feel comfortable as I get used to my new surroundings, so that is why I need to be adopted with my buddy, Kendall. I am looking for someone who will help me learn to be a kitten and have fun, and whoever will give me that chance, I will repay you with lots of love. All cats have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed. If you are interested in meeting Bobbie, please go to our website and fill out a cat application. https://www.therescuepack.org/cat-adoption-application

Story
Hi, my name is Raina. I am about 2.5 years old. Please don't let my grumpy face deter you, I am a very sweet girl! Are you looking for a quiet companion? I am perfect for you. I am curious about what's going on around me and like to be involved. I am not a lap cuddler but enjoy being in the same room as my family. I am a little shy at first but it doesn't take long for me to come out of my shell. All it takes is some ear, tummy and head scritches and I am all yours! I like balls with bells in it to at around. I get along with my older foster cat sister. We sometimes get the zoomies or enjoy a little wrestling but typically we like to sit and look out the window. I love a good sunny spot to nap my day away. I could be a solo cat or hang with an older fur sibling too. Not sure about dogs though as I haven't met one yet. I live with two kids and prefer the bigger one as the younger one moves quickly and sometimes I get startled. I am a very sweet and loving girl looking for her forever home. All cats have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed. Please note that because we require a home visit at the time of adoption we can only place animals in homes within a 100 mile radius of Minneapolis. If you are interested in meeting Raina, please go to our website and fill out a cat application. https://www.therescuepack.org/cat-adoption-application
