Now, before we go any further into my story.... let me warn you...it contains heartache and then some puppies, and fear and even some hopelessness. We do go to the top of the mountain as well, so hold in for the wild ride of my life:) maybe you will get to be my happily ever after.... So I was born a poor border collie mixed pup, in the miserable heat, in a disgusting backyard. To a mama that could have been so beautiful, if she had been brushed and cared for.... Fast forward thru almost 4 YEARS of misery and puppies, we were saved!!! I was saved with 9 newborn puppies and my sister/daughter/ cousin, etccc Princess and HER 9 PUPPIES TOO! We landed safe and sound at the rescue! We are now gorgeous girls and all pups grown and adopted! Now its time for me!! I am a single gal, and really don't like other dogs in my business. I want to be the Queen of the house :D Adopt me and I will fill YOUR home with my love and devotion. Oreo Cookies are da BEST cookies ever! And i are one of them :D So you now know all about me ;) Except the creamy center, which may explain why i am in a rescue looking for a furever home.. It isn't my fault ;( I mean, picture this..... there i was, minding my own business... and my mom and dad sit me down to tell me that they are getting a divorce :( And my mom, brother and I will be homeless soon :( :( what do you do??? Jinx is a 10 year old border collie looking for a home where he can stay busy and challanged. He is smart, intense and has a high drive He needs a home with experience and interest in training. He is a very sweet boy who loves to snuggle as much as play! He is very loyal and wants to please his people. He is housebroken and crate trained. This boy loves to play fetch and can spend hours pushing balls around the yard! Jinx has lived with many dogs and has done well with most, but can be selective. He may do best as an only dog. He is not good with cats. Jinx is neutered, vaccinated, heart worm negative, and microchipped. Jinx is not an easy dog, but he will be an amazing friend to the right family! Emmy is an absolute darling of a dog. She loves people and other dogs so so much and just wants to form that strong connection with someone. She is also one of the smartest dogs her foster has ever had and learned immediately that she only gets attention if she's got all four feet on the floor or is sitting. She's very food-motivated, looks to her person for cues, and is just going to be an incredible companion to some lucky family. Like her sister, she also has a nice thick super soft coat and loves to be outside in all weather, so she's the perfect Minnesota adventure companion. She loves playing with other dogs so much and would love to have another one in the home with her, though it's not required. She's also been almost entirely potty trained since she arrived! She can't wait to find her forever family, could it be you? Emmy is estimated to be 4.5 months old and 19 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested. Ella is a professional at giving those adorable, heartmelting puppy dog eyes. She absolutely loves people and was almost impossible to get photos of because she just wants to be in your lap giving you gentle kisses. She is a total lover and snuggle bug. She is also an excellent outdoor adventure companion; she's got a nice thick coat and the cold doesn't bother her one bit. She loves exploring, nose to the ground but still making sure she doesn't stray too far so she can check on her person every couple minutes. Rusty, Sweet neutered male, is a bit shy at first but warms up to people quickly. Rusty plays well with other dogs and is curious about cats. He lives in a home with five cats, 2 dogs and a 7 year old. He loves playing fetch with the ball and is working on bringing it back and dropping the ball. Rusty does well in his kennel at night, and when no one is home. He uses a dog door and is house trained. Rusty likes to go on walks however it is best to go early in the morning or late in the day when there is not a lot of traffic or people. He gets scared by the cars. Lester is NOT my given name...... it was a nickname given to me when I was saved at a gas station and attempted to "own" half the rescue crew by.... wait for it....by humping them!! Thus, Lester the **lester was born...But NOW my humping is done, I am neutered and happy and playful and much more respectful of my people! I am a gorgeous boy, and super friendly. I was found be a trucker at a truck stop- looking for love in all the wrong places :( BUT, he contacted the rescue who swooped down and saved me!! And I have been living the LIFE ever since :0 However, my life is NOT complete without my OWN family!
