Meet Oreo... his mom was rescued by our rescue partner in Puerto Rico right before she gave birth to Oreo (Piglet) and his siblings. Unfortunately, for Oreo his adoptive home cannot keep him any longer (through no fault of his own). He is a playful, cuddly little guy. Very sweet and loving pup, crate trained, curious and good with cats, does good on his walks and loves to cuddle. He loves to play so he would enjoy being in a home with another playful pup! We have found that he would also do best in a home without young children. If you would like to learn more about this cutie please reach out. He is a lovebug and deserves his happily ever after!

When she builds her confidence up, I believe she will be highly trainable. She is still learning how a leash works. She loves being a lap dog and cuddles up with you. At just 28 lbs and around 3 years old, this little lady deserves a loving and forever home! These pups have never had the chance to know what a loving home is and have only known the inside of a shelter. My name is Melvin and I am looking for a new home. My mom is sick and can no longer take care of me. I am a great doggie. For starters, I am super intelligent. I’m friendly and get along with other dogs and cats and even have been exposed to farm life some. I love to snuggle and curl up on your lap. I love to play after I eat, and love treats. I am a purebred daushaund! I also do have some special needs that I have to tell you about. I had back surgery for IVDD about 5 years ago. I was a miracle and recovered completely, but not without some complications. I cannot hold my bladder or pooping completely like other doggies. I’m pretty good, I go when I’m brought outside but my bladder is not the same ever since my surgery. Sometimes I have to wear a diaper. I do not like the crate, and can howl a lot when left alone. I also don’t like long walk For these reasons I am going to need someone who stays home for the most part, and can give me the love and attention I deserve.
